I was calling from San Diego asking information regarding my daughter (who does not have insurance). Once the phone jockey gave me the rate of $1000.00 per day, I was disappointed and conveyed that I thought it was too much He then began this long sales speech about what they offer in rapid succession, and I interrupted to ask a question, and he just hung up. He knew it wasn't going to be a sale and just hung up on me during my mid sentence. I should have read all these reviews before calling.

I checked in last Wednesday and even…

I checked in last Wednesday and even they said on the phone that I would be able to take my narcolepsy meds that I’ve been on for years. As soon as Thursday I was starting to feel the withdrawal from not taking it. My anxiety was through the roof and no one seemed to care. I finally gave them the ultimatum of get me something or I was ready to leave and go home. That got them to finally see me. What they offered was no more than a Benadryl and didn’t even help at all. This was a Friday and I was left to deal with over the weekend. It was a one of the worse weekends I’ve had in years. Got to the center on Monday and explained was going on with the medication and they pretty much said “deal with it or go home” . I was booked on the next flight out. There was no purpose to make me withdraw from a medication I have no intention to stop. I’m a recovery coach and visit a lot of treatment facilities and this is definitely in my top 5 of never sending any clients there.

I cant even give 1 star

I cant even give 1 star. I was lied to about the "luxerious amenities they would not let me leave with my belongings. The DON who makes the decision never laid eyes on me. My labs were perfect. I went to Harbor Village for grief and trauma therapy. Was put in detox which I did not need. Was lied to about how great it was by Michael in admissions.
Was told by employess at Harbor village the admissions staff lies and inspectors like JAYCHO are paid off by Zinnia to stay open. I was terrified. I got deathly sick and the therapist sit beside me while I told my husband i wanted to tell him I loved him in case somethjng happened to me. Her exact words" staff will call him" i beggwd to go home. I was put in a room with someone sick. Multiple people got sick. The nurses did not care only ONE who told.me the admissions lie to get people to come there.

The Admissikns director. Wanted names but then never called me.back. when i called him he hung up on me acted like he really cared lied also.

Im a nurse i know how things should be done.
I need attorney to help.me.shut this place .down. they are commiting insurance fraud by charging for this dump.

DO NOT GO HERE

DO NOT GO HERE, OR TO ANY ZINNIA HEALTH CENTERS. They tell you you'll be covered under your insurance with no out of pocket cost, but that's a lie. They'll tell you all sorts of amenities they over, but that's a lie. They'll just lie and lie to get you into their facility, then they'll pull the rug and say you owe them. For me personally, it's over 20 grand after they told me it would be just my 5 grand deductible from insurance. That's after my insurance already paid them over $200,000 for a 2 month visit, which they kept recommending me, even though I wanted to leave. This is a predatory company, DO NOT TRUST THEM! Every thing they say is a lie. They do not care about you. They only want your money.

Money or patients

This company is more concerned about making money than helping people. They do not even accept Medicare or Medicaid. Stay away from this company if you need any form of mental care or substance abuse as they just want your money and do not care about you getting better.

Don't bother with them. They are only about the money.

I asked specifically if they have a location in Jefferson City, Missouri. Her response was they have location all over the country. I said that wasn't what I asked. So I asked again for the specific city and she asked what kind of insurance do I have. So they are all about the money. Don't bother with this company,

Spoke to Christina and then called back…

Spoke to Christina and then called back to speak to another representative due to the poor service . They (both ) were not helpful and began to talk about the thousands of dollars it would take to help and both transferred to an auto-bot . I would not recommend they call here at all. I cannot imagine how many lives were affected by the lack of compassion the admissions has . The admission employees need additional training and compassion .

I wish I could give zero stars READ

I wish I could give zero stars. I was at the Indian location March of 2023. I will start with the good. Rachel,Abby, and Crystal counselor and BHTs about only thing good and going for this place. When you call number you will be routed to call center to verify insurance. This is where the sales pitch goes into play and they prey on you at your lowest point. They will tell you about how great the facility is and all kinds of lies. Some were promised pools and a pony and all sorts of unicorn lies. I was told I would have a private room and nutritionist! Still more lies. This location in South Bend Indiana had only been in Zinna family since Jan 2023 and was in no way ready for patients. They where only in the business to fill bed and make money on people seeking help and at there low point in addition. Literally applying profit over patient health. I would bet some have came here and walked out to die because of the lies they use to get beds full and make a profit. I myself hade no option to leave and stayed 30 days. About on week in the only cook quit and fast food was delivered in. I understand why he walked out mid shift.Directors of facilities would not get him food to even prepare. Curtis did all he could with what he had but don’t blam him for getting the hell out. And let us not forget the night nurse who locked herself in office for 4 hours and would not give out medication to those who needed. They did let her go after 2 days of doing this. And the nurse who casually walked downstairs to check on a patient having a seizure while I screamed for help. And when someone finally called 911 it was a patient on a house phone. Most BHT were not trained at all and were just babysitting patients. Rude to each other and patients. A few counselors were trained and did what they could. But one Jenna who was pregnant at time I was there was never prepared and blamed pregnancy brain. Played movies most day that patients would picked out or read handout word for word with nothing else. She was very unprofessional and rude when asked questions. But I did get to watch several movies at $730 bucks a hour. When I had enough about 2 weeks in I decided to redacte and correct/note the handbook given. Ohh the handbook was from another location that matched nothing at this facility. Plus schedule given at intake was a complete lie and false. Should I talked about how Jenna waited to leave for weekend and had another person tell me I had to move to Woodstock area? This is meant to be a lower level of care for insurance reasons and a reward for working the program. But at time I was there the AC was not working in area and stayed around 80 plus degrees at night. You get to go say in hell with 3 roommates and be happy. Patients were told they had to buy their own fan and shipped in. I did manage to raise enough concern and magically so portable fan AC were brought in that day. A calm the masses approach! Again I had no option to leave since you have little contact with your family I was stuck. We had several who could walk in and out or stayed a few days and out. One person call there dealer to get them at the gate. All profit over health at this facility. People will die as result of this corporations lies and tactics. I would honestly be surprised if any of the staff that was there when I was are still there unless something drastically changed. Do not send or go to this facility in South Bend Indiana!!!!! I also welcome anyone from this company to reach out and discuss or try and dispute any of these claims. But on a personal note I’m clean now with no help from Zinnia South Bend Indiana

These five stars are specifically for…

These five stars are specifically for Troy. Troy’s LIV program is the HEART of this entire program and facility. He taught me how to live again, literally. Between sunrise meditations, guided meditations, rock climbing, cold water therapy, and adventure walks, etc. Troy is absolutely amazing in every single way. Adam is also incredible at guided meditations and cold water therapy. PAY TROY MORE MONEY, he is the main reason I flew across the nation to get sober. Troy is the truth, the way to a new fun and loving way of sober living. I can’t say enough about how amazing his program is. In regard to the facility itself, zero stars, they need to fire the owner and the entirety of the clinical directors. (The owner - Tai Kwondo, clinical director Wendy, Joe, and Chris) they care about money and not humans. To say they are incompetent is an under statement. It is challenging, but you get out what you put in. TROY, THANK YOU BROTHER. Give this man what he asks for, Zinnia Health, he’s worth it. He’s also super funny naturally, just a quality man inside and out.

I'm really disappointed in this place

I'm really disappointed in this place! If I could give -5 stars I would! I contacted (what I thought was the location in Broomfield, CO.) The local number was rerouted to a "call center" in California. After providing my personal information numerous times, I was guaranteed a call back from a facility that could help me. Never happened!! Good thing this isn't a suicide hotline... their success rate would be 1% at most!!

Do not use this company ,if you genuinely are seeking help look elsewhere immediately!

Do not use this company ,if you are truly seeking help in any aspect then look somewhere els, I had to repeatedly let them know what help I was seeking and they don’t even read what you say it would seem because they just say some pre existing texts that they send instead and ignore everything that you are requesting or asking about literally it’s very sad that the Rehabilitation services are being allowed to have such horrible companies advertising help when they cannot help and just want to make money off of our suffering!

Could not answer a simple question.

I am a future psych nurse practitioner and needed to find out if Zinnia Health had any sites in California. The response I got was "This is an admissions office for people seeking treatment for substance abuse and mental health. I cant assist with school work. have a great day !"
All I needed was to know if they have sites in California I could refer patients. I guess I will not be referring anyone to Zinniahealth.

My autistic son went for treatment at…

My autistic son went for treatment at Dignity healing in Florida and Crystal Lake Healing Florida. He was admitted under metal health for depression and anxiety.
Very quickly he was isolated from family and then incorrectly diagnosed and then improperly medicated. Over medicated so that he is now void of emotions and feelings. He was supposed to be gone 21-28 days and it has now been 49 days! He is just 18 and was put in with older adults. The staff has brainwashed him to believe he is an addict and they have told him he can be on a scholarship to continue his care. There is no scholarship and now at the Crystal Lake healing location he has been given 80$ a week for groceries. He bought groceries for other residents, and they gave him cash. Then he was able to go and get a tattoo with the cash! No one answers phones at these locations and Christopher Bailey is a horrible individual. When I spoke to him about my son he was not professional, he was rude, condescending and gave me zero options or solutions. Zinnia health bills fraudulently and anyone considering sending their loved ones to any Zinnia Health location should know they are an insurance scam!! They only care about your money, and they do not truly care about their patients! Run away from them. They lie from the intake call all the way to the end and I still am not at the end. I don't have my son back! This experience has up ended our lives! I'd give a zero-star review if possible.

I was a recent patient at Singer…

I was a recent patient at Singer Island. The entire place is dirty, and roaches everywhere. There are feral cats that roam around all over the place. Rooms are not cleaned in between clients. The techs and medical staff are rude and snap at any question. Food is horrible. I as well as multiple others had food poisoning more than once during my stay. Mandatory groups 7 hours a day 7 days a week with no time to process or reflect. Administration that has ZERO patient interaction takes it upon themselves to determine how long you need to stay based solely, and very obviously, on your insurance. Basically if you have good insurance you are held hostage and if you don't have good insurance you are kicked out. Strangely, the ones actually involved in your care and know your progress have no say in your discharge plans. Patients are simply a dollar sign and they do not care about the damage that causes the patient. I sincerely hope administration is fired or this place is shut down before they ruin more lives. DO NOT GO TO THIS TREATMENT CENTER! There are so many other options that provide real help to those in need. This place will only harm you.

They care about money first

I called looking for an assessment for a family member. We wanted a PROFESIONAL to do an AOD assessment so we could get an idea of what treatment type might be best. The receptionist made sure to get all our information and insurance in the system before mentioning that SHE would be doing the assessment. Over the phone.

Also, there's no local location, despite what their Google ads extremely clearly state. So I'm not sure how they thought they'd help us.

Nah.
