My debit card was comprised recently and ZINVO was one of the transactions, customer service was incredibly helpful and accommodating. While I didn’t purchase a watch, you are in great hands with their employees.

Worst customer service...and i literally buy watches monthly if not more. From high end sites to cheap fashion models like this one. Without a doubt the worst. Fedex lost my watch...they conned me into buying their protection program then just ignored me. A couple people told me theyre made like crap anyway.. but for me a company should not even exist in 2022 with this kind of service...skip this brand...there are so many better made cheap fashion watch models with better press reps and service. Spread the word...i know i will!!!!

what about the MAGIC BLADE watch… I look at it every minute, it is so magnificent.

I have a little bit problem but they quickly responded and fast resolved my problem. I appreciated that.

Absolutely love my Zinvo watches. I have a total of 47 watches in my collection and my 3 Zinvo watches are some of my favorite. Watches don't have to be expensive to be great quality and Zinvo is a testament to that. My oldest Zinvo is about a year old with zero issues and turns heads each and every time. The designs of the Blade second hand is unique and will catch any watch enthusiasts eye. #1 Fan keep it up guys.

Initally I had problems getting in contact with the support. The phone number they listed does not seem to be working.
But then Vitor reached out and helped me.
It did take a few weeks to receive the watch that I had purchased, but in the end I got it and I was happy with the support I got

They took my money and then no response. Their phone numbers are all cellular numbers and always go straight to voicemail. They will not return emails at all.

I was on the fence about buying an automatic watch but the sale price was too good to pass up. The amount I saved let me buy a watch winder for when I wear my other timepieces. This watch is beautiful (Blade Spirit) and the customer service is outstanding. I look forward to buying another watch in the future!

I got a Blade Gold, but I never had a watch at this price range before, now I’m beginning to understand why watches are worth so much. It feels great to have this around my wrist, and I actually think it costs much less than it could, based on other watches I’ve looked at. Thank you for your excellent product and service.
