Fast shipping, great product, very well made. You can tell they really are into what they do by the well thought out design in general. Would of been five stars if the band had one or two more notches to tighten down. It runs a bit too big for my wrist but other than that. Everything else is stellar

Worst watch i have seen in my life very bad service the company is doing scam no customer service and all I recommended not to buy anything from these company

This company appears to be a SCAM. I placed an order on December 1, 2020, that was supposed to ship within 48 business hours, two weeks later it hasn't even shipped.
Emails are ignored, phone number on the website goes to a voice mailbox that hasn't been set up, and the phone number on the google listing gets forwarded to another voicemail without even a company greeting, and even the Chat feature on the website is ignored.

Worst customer service ever
Never ship the order and never reply to messages
And a fake phone number!!!!

Zinvowatches has been sitting on my order for 3 weeks. They have charged my credit card.

A certain Vitor even wrote me asking what would drive me to complete my order... Except I already had, and they can't *even* track that...

They seem to be a total failure at ebusiness. No reply to the 3 inquiries made.

And look at how they stopped caring about people indicating their order to leave them some room to fix things...

I have purchased a watch from Zinvo few days ago, but there is no movement or any indication of order processing. Trying to communicate with them, but unfortunately no response from them at all :( After reviewing the comments here, noticed that all positive reviews are from India and they push bad reviews down in the listing, very few are from US :) will wait to see what will happen with my order. Next few days ......

Bought blade watches with a 30% discount , and now fedex asked me to pay import duty 42£ , if I knew that’s gonna happen ....

Excellent and fast service with great quality for a good price. I had an urgent order as it was a birthday gift but thanks to the prompt and excellent service my request was granted even before the expected deadline.

A friend of mine got myself blade Corsa and it's very impressive watch that got a lot of attention. So i gave it a shot and purchased Blade phantom as well. It stands out less but it also has a cool concept so i really think this watch is perfect for me.
