Shipping could be faster
Shipping could be faster. Watch is 10/10. I will order 1 more next month and i guess i just have to be patient for the delivery.
Poor Quality and Services
Poor watch quality, blade's disk broke in 1 week (wore it like 4 times), shipped it back to their HQ for replacement since march and it has been more than 3 months now without any feedback from services.
They don't answer phone calls or emails too.
Better service better experience
I hope that in the future the support service will work with the main goal to improve the business and not to close an incoming request. Perhaps, then, there will be much fewer requests to the service. At the moment, my rate is more of an advance for a start-up business.

On an average 2-3 people ask me everyday About the watch, whrn they see this unique stuff.
Delivery of watch took a bit longer but eventually the CEO Borys ..helped me.

Zinvo = Trash Company
Ya know what would’ve been great to have on Christmas? The Zinvo Carbon Leather watch strap I ordered at the beginning of October (it’s Christmas Day) that I have still yet to receive any compensation for. This company steals from people. Horrible business ethics. Will never shop from them again.
Very bad service!
I placed my order on December the 6th. Money was gone in 3 days. After a few emails asking for shipment data, they responded saying the watch would be send this week. Nothing yet. There also isn't a way to cancel the order and request the money to be returned because no one answers the phone... Has anyone an idea what to do? I'm living in Germany.
My order number is #15625 and it was supposed to be the fulfillment of a very special persons wish this Christmas.

January 7, 2020 Update to review: Wanted to let all know that my faith in Zinvo has been restored. While I'm still waiting on my order which is backordered for another month, Britney has been in close contact with me and tried everything to make this right and a good experience. Moving my rating to Great just based on Britney in customer service. Will review again when my item arrives. Thank you Britney!!!!
I'm going to jump on this bandwagon and say I'm not happy with the service. I have emailed 3 times and tried to call only to be told voicemail is full. I placed my order on 12/6 and money came out of my credit card on 12/9 when I check the Zinvo order status it says unfulfilled and the cost is $23,120 on my receipt. I need to know from someone that you aren't going to charge me that and if you will be filling my order as it is a Christmas present. My order number is 15814.

They don’t even deserve the one star! Placed an order for an Xmas gift and haven’t heard anything back despite 4 inquiry emails and several chat attempts!
Not fast, but nice watches!
I ordered on Black Friday; 2 watches. Finally I received them today after 2,5 week. But I must say the watches are great, so it was worth the waiting.
@Zinvo; please keep people informed about the delay.

Bought on the 29th of November, took my money from Paypal and never sent any emails or confirmations. I have filed a claim with paypal to get my money back and one with the BBB to shut this scam of a business down. NO responses to email, phone doesnt work and neither does chat. They are stealing.

10/01/2020 - Update - I have received my watch today - but not exactly the version I ordered (Blade Blaze) as that was apparently out of stock with no ETA on availability. Was asked to choose another model - which I did. It was not a great experience overall, but I think it was unfair to mark them 1 star, so upgrading them to 2

Overall good experience
I waited a month and a half for a watch, which in the end is not that bad. I don't mind waiting, but would be great if I was provided with info on what's going on with my watch. That's my only concern.
Watch is amazing, and the material seems very quality. My recommendation to zinvo is to double the price, remove any discounts whatsoever and put more effort into customer service.

I have received the watch a little bit late due to loads of orders during black Friday’s sale.it was a gift to my brother and he really like it.he says it’s unique and love the blades.
