More than 9 days already !! No response from your management no reply to any of my email no shipping information. I am very frustrated.
I need a response & my watch ASAP !!

I ordered December 1, and the order confirmation arrived, and after a week without the order being shipped, I tried to contact Zinvo but no one answered without success.

Hello, I placed an order on 01/12/19 & all I received was an acknowledgment of the order.
No shipping information even today which is 06/12/2019.
(payment charged to my credit card - which is successful)
On the website, it says you will get an update up to 48 hours on the order for shipping and still got nothing.

Can anyone send me tracking information on this order?
It meant to be a Christmas present, I hope it is on time this time.

This is the 2nd time I order and BOTH time have this sort of delay!

I have ordered on the 19 of april.
Now on the 21 of april I have received my package.

UPD.: I've made an order on the 29 of November. They have arrived on 27 of Dec to Kyiv. Very glad with the watches)
