Encumbersome Process
I tried repeatedly to reorder and was only recognized as a new customer asking me to start from scratch. When I finally received an invitation to reorder, I did so and hit the button that said “nothing has changed.” Why am I still being asked for another interview?
This is a very encumbersome process and not required by all providers. The irritation makes me think twice about reordering.
