Easy site to use
Easy site to use. Simple and fast. Had all the info I need available. The only con I have is it seems you can order one item at a time and have to pay full shipping for each. Why can't all be put in one box and shipped together. Other than that its a great site.

I have previously taken both popular ed meds. At similar dosages as their compounded medication. The isnt mathing. Ive reached out, waiting to hear back. If they can make it right I will change my rating. I wont be picking up anymore compound medications.

The online website is easy to navigate directly to the point shows double checks. My address, I had to change the credit card number that went through fairly easy. I got my order in just after 12 o'clock noon. I'm on the West Coast, hopefully it goes out 2nd day error and I get it on Wednesday from today, which is Monday, but you guys are pretty good about getting the doctor's approval right away and getting it shipped out to me.I just wish there was more promo codes that I could use as discounts cause it's kind of expensive even though

Poor Customer Service and False Advertising
I ordered an albuterol inhaler for my asthma on a Thursday around 1:00PM and paid $30 extra for FedEx overnight shipping, which is guaranteed to deliver by 5PM the next day if the order is placed before 3PM the previous day. I was in between doctors appointments, really needed this inhaler, and had used you all before, with no issues. However, with my order total now doubled ($30 for the inhaler and then $30 for the expedited shipping), I didn’t receive the inhaler until TUESDAY of the following week. To be fair, a winter storm hit Saturday, but my order was supposed to arrive long before the storm (I had overnight, not two day shipping). I communicated this to your customer service team and Elizabeth responded saying I couldn’t even receive a partial refund for my order. I responded with proof and pictures and never received a response back. I don’t feel valued as a repeat customer and I believe you’re falsely advertising delivery timelines. I would never have ordered if I didn’t see the overnight delivery option and I guess as long as you all received your money, it’s not an issue for you. I’m sure this will get lost in a sea of reviews, but for anyone looking that is worried about getting a medication on time—LOOK ELSEWHERE!
