I would like to thank Ziyara Tours for the amazing Umrah experience.

They were with us the whole step of the way and sorted everything out with ease.

The bag provided by Ziyara tours including tasbeeh counter, dua books was very useful ! Although I would recommend bring an extra draw string bag for your slippers.

They looked after the elderly well and they were always in contact with us on what’s app if we had any questions.

Big thank you to Sajid, Rashid and Sheikh Hassan for enlightening us with the knowledge of the history of Islam and the method of performing Umrah.

Amazing staff who were patient with us and supportive throughout the journey. I am so glad we chose Ziyara Tours for our first Umrah trip as a family. Personally I would like to thank Sajid, Rashid, Imam Waqar and Sheikh Hassan Shire for making our first Umrah memorable. Highly Recommended!!

Went on Umrah with Ziyara Tours during Ramadan. Masha’Allah. I can’t complain. The brothers did well looking after us. They didn’t create a heavy schedule allowing everyone time to go and do what they want to do whilst making themselves available for any questions, guidance, and important information. There were also group visits to important sites and places. They were informative, useful and didn’t make us rush.

Alhamdulillah all went good we did our Umrah Masha Allah and its was great going with the family but one thing i would like to say in Madina Sharif the Ziyara was not great the bus driver and he was the guide was not helpful at all he just sat in the bus and told us few thing and we had to get out off the bus do our own research so ziyara was not that great at all he in such a rush took us to four places and thats it
Yeah i would definitely go again with the same group but no Ziyara with them

We did the 6 day Jordan tour in February. Whilst we got to visit the beautiful city of Jordan, visit the 7th wonder of the world in Petra and the seven sleepers cave, we also saw many islamic sites and learnt Islamic history with Sheikh Abdul Aziz and our tour guide Nasser.
We couldn’t have done all this on our own.
Thank you to Ziyara tours for such a spiritual and educational trip. Hotels were all of a great standard and the coach was comfortable with wifi throughout.

I recently went to Jordan with Zyara tour.

Sajid is the best he was always there for anything I needed.
He replied to any txt asap.
And sheik Abdul Aziz is one of the best the way he explains everything it’s so easy to understand.
The group felt like family.
Although I didn’t know anyone at first.

Alhamdulillah I travelled with Ziyaarah tours to Jordan with my family. Alhamdulillah it was a very well organised and thought out trip. I had concerns due to travelling with my 18 month old son but Alhamdulillah brother Sajid looked after us and made sure that all our needs were met. I definitely will be travelling with Ziyara Tours again inshaAllah already have intentions for Palestine and I would recommend anyone to book with Ziyara Tours. You won't be disappointed.

This was my 3rd trip with Ziyara Tours within 7 months!!! Al-Aqsa, Iraq and now Jordan. Every trip has been special and full of blessings. A wonderful tour group to travel with. Alhamdulillah, First class service. We went on a Ziyara tour of the Holy land of Jordan. Sajid was with us at every part of the trip, and always answered questions with a smile. The hotels booked for us were really nice ( Wifi could have been better, but that's a pretty common occurrence in this part of the world). Our tour guide, Nasir was very knowledgeable and friendly, repeatedly giving us all water, sweets, biscuits etc during our coach trips, encouraging the young children to recite Quran. Shaikh Abdul Aziz Fredericks was an ocean of knowledge and really funny. Would definitely book with Ziyara Tours again, Insha'Allah.

This was our very first trip with ZT. I travelled frequently with my family during school breaks but never travelled in group before. This was our first time in group but MashaAllah Brother Saj is true gem and kind soul. He made everyone very comfortable especially young kids. He goes extra mile to make sure everyone is comfortable and happy. I would highly recommend them. InshaAllah we are planning again with ZT.

My first experience with the Ziarat Tours turned out to be an amazing spiritual journey led by brother Sajjad. A very well managed and planned trip along-with excellent travel and accommodation facilities.

Wanna say a big thanks to ziyara tours for booking our umrah package for us. We were very pleased with the service we recived from brother sajid, he was very helpful and helped us with flights transfers visas hotels. We had a problem in medina with our hotel but it was sorted immediately by sajid and the tour Guide muhammad in medina. I would definately recommend ziyara tours to everyone I know. Great value for money and amazing service. Once again a big thank you for everyting. Will definately be using you again Insha Allah.

Allhumdullilah I have travelled again to Saudi Arabia twice within a couple months. Once with a family group of 24 and now 3 of us, all with the help of amazing brother Sajid. Had the best experience ever, he was so informative and helpful each time. May Allah swt bless you with more. Looking forward to travel with Ziyara tours in future guided bookings Insha'Allah.

I travelled for umrah with my mum and sisters with Ziyara Tours and we had an amazing trip.
The brothers Saj and Rash looked after us and were always on hand to help and were very accommodating.
If you’re considering going with a tour group, I would highly recommend booking with them.
Brother Saj answered all the questions I had before and during the Umrah. They sorted out everything and we did not have to worry about anything at all from flights, visas, hotels and ziyarats.
My Mamu was coming from Pakistan and brother Saj sorted all of that out as well.
The hotels were really clean and had excellent breakfast buffets.
As females, we didn’t feel left out from the group at all and were involved in everything from the dars to the ziyarats.
We thoroughly enjoyed our first Umrah with them and InshaAllah we will be checking out other tours that they do.

Alhumdullilah overall very well organised trip and they truly look after everyone...especially the ones who have not done Umrah before. They had a good balance of providing 2 good trips, in Makkah And Madina, and allowing time for families to explore on their own( unfortunately, i couldnt attend one of them due to illness).
The organisers were helpful and would go out their way to make sure everyone was satisfied.
Only criticism I would say would they need a sister representative as I think the sisters felt they were left on their own at times ( masjid Nabawi in particular).

Just a small critique please do further research on the hotels. Makkah hotel was awesome Madina one was below expected standard....having said all that, after being put into what i can only call a dungeon (zero natural light and filthy)you managed to get our family into the best room in the hotel facing Masjid Nabawi. Jazakala khair for all.your efforts and may Allah grant so many blessings on your organisation and your families.

They were amazing kind and very knowledgeable! We had booked a family of six and taking our children for the first time ! Hugely enjoyed our thrip and would recommend Ziyara tours highly !

Had my private Umrah Package booked through Ziyara Tours for November 2023.

Brother Sajid dealt with our flights and hotels. We even wanted to make changes to our package (flights and hotels) and was accommodating and helpful.

Any queries were answered back as soon possible.

Really would recommend anyone looking for Umrah packages to book through Ziyara Tours.

Ziyara tours made our first time experience to Makkah & Madina delightful, from the onset Sajid was very communicative, he informed us of how to fill in forms, upload pictures, baggage allowance, sent out complimentary information packs, which were imperative to our insight of how to perform umrah, how to do Ziyara's, what to expect, this was all done prior to us flying out. Once we arrived, both Sajid and Rashid were phenomenal. They cared for our every need, big or small, made every special moment extra special. Both brothers were always available to answer any questions and plan anything out of our itinerary. We enjoyed daily dars's with Shaykh Abdul Aziz, he was absolutely amazing, so attentive to all the group, he gave undivided attention to all individuals and really went above and beyond. We met some amazing people within our group and made life long friends. I would definitely indulge in other group tours with Ziyara and highly recommend them, especially to first time pilgrims.
