A Journey of Tawakkul-Jordan&Aqsa Trip April 24

Flying all the way from Mauritius to Jordan to meet the group of Br Sajid was an experience of its kind.All arrangements were done duly for the airport processes and cleared in a flash.The ground staffs were friendly and the tours arranged with great professionalism accompanied by spiritual guides who not only answered queries but gave detailed and deep information throughout the journey.Ziyara Tours was spot on!

Wow, it was an experience like never before we as a group had an amazing time exploring both the historical events and the places we visited! From what iv seen, it seems like everyone who was travelling with ziyara tours had an experience which was incredible. We as a group have been filled with fun and adventurous knowledge travelling with ziyara tours, and the place itself and it couldn’t been done without Saj and his crew who gave there time and upmost respect to have witnessed absolutely stunning once in a lifetime experiences. Their dedication exemplified the high standard of care and expertise offered by Ziyara Tours. With these exceptional scholars leading us, every moment of our trip was both enlightening and spiritually enriching.

Well well well. Where do I start first.

Simply Amazing! From the moment you get to the airport Ziyara Tours welcome you with a warm hearted greeting. They guided us throughout our Journey in the blessed lands of Jordan and Palestine.

The knowledge of the the Scholars they have on tour with you gives you a great insight into the rich history of Islam to date.

I'm not one to care about hotels yet, they were brilliant and very family friendly. I'm not one to care about food even that was alhamdulillah.

No room for complaints in any shape or form.

This trip was a dream come true for me and my mum as we had been wanting to go to the blessed lands of Palestine for many years. The best decision we made was to travel with Ziyara tours. This was the first time going with this organization and the organizers who are highly experienced made this trip a memorable and outstanding trip.

There were no issues or problems faced whatsoever and the effort and work put in by the team was evident. I have travelled to many countries with different tour groups and can wholeheartedly say that Ziyara tours are one of the best, if not the best that I have had the privilege of travelling with.

"I recently went on a tour organized by Ziyara Tours and it was absolutely amazing! The tour guide was incredibly knowledgeable and made the whole experience engaging and fun. Although because of my elderly sister we could not visit all the places, the itinerary was well-planned, allowing us to explore all the must-see attractions while also providing enough time to soak in the local culture. The accommodations were top-notch, fully air conditioned comfortable coaches, and the meals provided were delicious! They truly went above and beyond to make this trip unforgettable! I couldn’t recommend Ziyara tours enough, they allowed my friends and I to experience the most memorable time in Jordan & Palestine. From beginning till end, our tour leaders went above and beyond for us to experience the true culture, sacred holy place, Al Aqsa, and educating on historical facts. The visit has been the most beautiful but eye opener to every single person from the UK on the tour, not only has it made everyone realise how dire the situation is but I have come back with unbreakable bonds which will allow me to continue more charity with the help of Ziyara tours In Sha Allah. Sajid and Kamil really exceeded my expectations and will be my go to people for further tours in future, none of our needs were left unfulfilled. 10/10

Me my wife and child just come back from Jordan and Al-Aqsa tour and it was one of the best experiences I’ve personally experienced from accommodation to ziyaras (A-Z) the team have been very helpful throughout the whole trip. Highly recommended

The tour was was very well organised, made us feel SAFE and ensured we were comfortable when travelling to various destinations. The trips were poignant very relevant and the shaykhs were very knowledgeable adding much comfort, joy overall enhancing our spiritual experience. The choice of accommodation it was clean comfortable breath taking views from our room the staff very hospitable and kind at all times. The hotel was close to all amenities well within walking distance to relevant places to visit. .
So glad to have chosen Ziyara tours.

This was our second trip with Ziyara Tours and our first Umrah trip in Ramadan. Sajid and Rashid and the rest of the Ziyarah Tours team(including Imam Waqar and Shaykh Hassan) made this trip very easy and memorable for us. There was a very good balance of ziyarahs, informative talks from Shaykh Hassan, and individual time throughout the trip. Big thanks again to Sajid and Rashid for looking out for us again, as they did previously. Would definitely recommend anyone looking for a journey of a lifetime to use Ziyara Tours!

The tour guides are genuinely down to earth people who look after you with smiles. The Shaykh on board was also a genuine humble person of knowledge who shared many gems and imparted wisdom. They even held reminder sessions after Asr and gave ZamZam water as a gift which was a kind gesture. Overall things ran smoothly and fairly well organised for the most part.

Few points of constructive criticism:
1. First and foremost, despite logistics being tricky with completing umrah in Ramadan, the organisation and implementation of prayer requires serious and considerable improvement. We ended up missing Salatul Fajr on the coach trip from Jeddah airport to Mecca. There is no excuse for this. Had we known sunrise time , we would have prompted them to stop but looking back we would have thought perhaps they would have made a pit stop for prayer (as made when travelling from Mecca to Madina). Even if rest of the ziyarats for the whole trip were missing, it would be nowhere near as serious as missing prayer. This was a real test of patience as we entered Makkah before embarking on Umrah. I do hope you seriously reflect on this mistake and ensure it does not occur again.

2. Understandably it being Ramadan, people with different abilities and limited coach availability, the overall ziyarats only amounted to two 1/2 days during the 10 day trip. It would have been better if more options were laid out especially for those willing to explore more whilst fasting. For example, a mini-van/taxi could have been organised those wishing to explore the museum in Madina or trek Jabal Noor in Makkah. We understand the ziyarats were done quick due to fasting, but it may have been better to spread out across the days rather than rush everything. This would have given the Shaykh some more time to organise and gather his own reflections. If we discount the two 1/2 days of ziyarats, we essentially paid for flights, visas, transport and accommodation.

3. It would have been helpful if the tour guides could have briefly explained the layout of the Haramain in maybe the zoom meeting before travelling. Especially for those going first time, it is a daunting experience to navigate through swathes of people in a humongous complex. We cannot of course expect the tour guides to be experts in architecture and history of the place, but general historical information should be there. The Shaykh as knowledgeable as he is in religion, has had fewer visitations to the Haramain thus the onus is on the tour guides especially for first time travellers to explain the geography.

If even points 2 and 3 are ignored, no issues. Point 1 however needs serious reflection.

A few months ago we were looking to go for Umrah, I was traveling with young kids so wanted to go with a group and Alhamdulillah we came across Ziyara tours so we decided to book.

Alhamdulillah what an experience! The highlight for me had to be the talks with Shaykh Hassan, his love for the beloved Prophet reflects in his speaches and it made our Umrah and Ziyaras extra special.

Brother Rashid and brother Saj are always there to help and answer any questions, no matter how small they may seem. They are always smiling and are patient, and make sure to look after everyone, going out of their way.

We sang Nasheeds, recited Qaseedah Muhamadiyya and shared beautiful experiences and acts of kindness form others in the group too.

This will not be our last trip as my children are already talking about going with Ziyara tours again.

Alhamdullilah my first Umrah journey with Ziyara Tours was an unforgettable experience. They took care of everything and all we had to do was turn up. Their knowledgable guides provided invaluable insights and support and allowed us to complete Umrah 3 times on our first trip! Big shout out to the brothers Sajid, Rashid and Shaykh Hasan who assisted us through the journey with any stupid questions we had. InshaAllah we will be booking another package soon.
