It was the first time I’ve travelled with Ziyara and the first time I’ve written a review!

Our group leader Saj made sure to check in with me regularly to see if I had any concerns/issues and he made sure to attend to them asap if possible I was made aware that this is just what he does for the travellers on his groups.

Our travelling Sheikh, Abdul Aziz, gave us insights into the various sites we visited which brought the experience to life , helping us to connect in a way more than just historical facts can.

I would highly recommend Ziyara tours to all very professional and deliver what they promise , hotel was excellent and the food spectacular, in fact my travelling partner was so impressed he came back heavier in though he walked 20,000 steps averagely in a day!

Me and my family went on the Umrah trip with Ziyara Tours. They helped make the trip memorable and were helpful throughout the trip. They were well planned with the Ziyaras and made the trip a great experience for me and my family.

Our Umrah experience with Ziyarah Tours was simply magical! The arrangements were excellent, and the team was exceptionally friendly and personal, creating a warm and supportive atmosphere throughout the journey.

Highlights:
1. Programme & Imams:
The programme was well-designed, with an excellent balance of Islamic education underpinning the tour. The Imams were knowledgeable, approachable, and added immense value to the spiritual experience, making Umrah both meaningful and relevant.
2. Travel & Arrangements:
We were initially a little apprehensive about travelling with Egypt Air and navigating their airports. However, our concerns were unfounded, as the airline and transit arrangements turned out to be excellent, far exceeding our expectations.
3. Crowd Management in Makkah:
As anticipated, the crowds in Makkah were immense. Despite Ziyarah Tours’ best efforts, it was not feasible to perform Tawaf as a group due to the sheer number of people. However, we were well-briefed in advance with clear instructions on how to proceed individually, which was incredibly helpful.
4. Accommodation:
• Hilton DoubleTree (Makkah): Although the hotel was located farther from the Haram, its luxury, comfort, and outstanding quality of food more than made up for the distance.
• Madinah Taiba Hotel: This hotel’s proximity to Masjid al-Nabawi was a significant advantage. While it was smaller and noticeably busier with constant group movement, its convenience outweighed these minor drawbacks.
5. Group & Guides:
The group dynamic was fantastic. The guides were attentive, caring, and always willing to assist, ensuring a smooth and spiritually enriching journey for everyone.

Overall:

Ziyarah Tours provided a perfect combination of comfort, education, and spiritual guidance. Their thoughtful arrangements, knowledgeable team, and excellent service made this Umrah truly unforgettable. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a meaningful and well-organised experience.

I booked Dec 2024 Jordan and Palestine with Ziyara Tours.
Had heard of them before and the great experiences others have had with them.
On booking Saj was v patient and provided all the time in the World to answer my questions and left me v confident in their ability and professionalism.
The Tour itself was structured with a detailed itinerary. Ziyara use experienced local tour guides, as well as sending an Imaam and Tour leader.
Couldn't fault anyone or anything.
Throughly enjoyed my experience with Ziyara and made long term friends.

Alhamdulillah I've now been on my third Umrah with Ziyara tours and my experience with this company was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment I booked the tour, their customer service was top-notch, answering all my questions promptly and providing helpful details about what to expect.

The group leaders and the shaykh were all friendly, engaging, and would go out of their way to make sure everyone in the group was having a great time.

The Umrah included all flights, hotels, transportations and ziyaras in makkah and madinah as well as daily lectures.

We went on UMRAH and Iraq tour with Ziyarah tours. From before we went to after we landed back in the UK Sajid bhai kept in touch and answered any queries.

A very professional setup, which made the whole journey stress free and an even more enjoyable experience.

We were a little apprehensive about going Umrah alone without a tour group but Sajid bhai’s contacts in Saudia Arabia and Iraq arranged for seemless transfers, hotels and ziyarat days

I will deffo use Ziyarah tours (and brother Sajid) again in future.
