Alhamdullilah everything went well and was very well planned. Went to Umrah and had a great experience, the hotels were less than a 5 minute walk to Masjid Al Haram in Makkah and Masjid an Nabawi in Madina which was really nice and in general were very good. Went to Ziyarat in a lot of places and got to see so much. Alhamdullilah everything was amazing. JazakAllah Khair.

We traveled to Palestine, but our return flight from Tel Aviv to London was unexpectedly canceled by Wizz Air, leaving thousands stranded at the airport. Thankfully, Ziyarah Tours stepped in and handled everything for us with remarkable care and professionalism. They arranged border control and taxes for us to cross into Jordan, organized visits to historic sites, and even set up our stay in Jordan and secured new flights back home.

Amazingly, they did all of this on trust, without asking us to pay upfront, covering nearly £20,000. We settled the bill once we were safely back in the UK, but their dedication and support went far beyond business. Ziyarah Tours proved to be not only an exceptional travel service but also true friends who were there when we needed them most. Would definitely recommend 100%

This was my second experience with Ziyarah tours I have to say amazing experience throughout the whole trip I had a Egypt and umrah tour I have been there few times but this experience was different I can’t thank you guys enough for all the help and experience you gave me and my family friends I defo will be travelling with you again inshallah thanks once again from me and my group :)

Everything was perfect! The hotels we stayed at and the distances from the haram were perfect. The hotels were amazing and they fullfilled out requirements. Also the ziyarts were perfect as well. This trip will always be something to remember and it was all thanks to ziyara tours so Jazakallah for that.

Alhumdolilah have been umrah 3 times now, twice with ziyart tours, well all I can say is that they are fantastic, may Allah swt bless them all, they get everything sorted from their end, flight tickets, visas, hotel bookings, ziyart tours and transfers. Never any issues. I was in medinah, and I meet up with my mate who also came to do umrah, he was really stressed out, as the hotel he was meant to stay in was over booked, so they had to relocate him and his family to the other side of haram. But with ziyart tours never this issue. I would highly recommend ziyart tours for your umrahs, I can say confidently they won’t let you down. Brother Sajjid Allah bless you. He is always available, if theirs any issues, and the best thing is, he’s always messaging us to see if we are ok, which for me is amazing… 5 Stars brothers.

As an apprehensive traveler, I booked an Umrah trip initially with another provider who cancelled at the last minute. Having researched on social media I luckily came across Ziyara Tours, making contact with Ziyara Tours was easy, they were quick to respond and in no time we were booked onto a journey of a lifetime. With Ziyara Tours taking care of everything else seamlessly.

Traveling with the Ziyara Tours doesn’t feel like you traveling with a guided tour but with family, both brother Sajid and brother Rashad were exceptional, always communicating and guiding the group. Brother Rashid leading the group with esteemed Sheikh Burhan with his yellow flag was easy to follow. Bother Sajid patiently always lagged behind, making sure that the group sticks together and that no one is left behind, this was always reassuring.

As this was my first experience with a tour group, I am so grateful that my first Umrah was booked through Ziyara Tours, they have truly set the bar high. I have already told family and friends about my experience and I hope to book on future expeditions with Ziyara Tours.

Absolutely amazing again this is the second time I have been on a tour with this wonderful company. There are no words worthy enough to thank them for looking after myself and my two children , one of which is special needs. Yes they are a company but from the start they treat you like family. I was honoured to meet their mother and Auntie then I understood why they were amazing. I urge you to choose this company the Shaykhs they have are wonderful and the care given by them is outstanding. I really appreciate everything they have done for me. Alhamdullilah we went to palestine and Jordan trip with ziayara tours and it was the best experience ever! I'm so glad I chose to go with them as they made my experience an amazing and memorable one. We have been to umrah with other tour guides but shiekh ( our tour guide) was brilliant he expained the journey step by step and made our experience even better.
Inshallah I would love to travel with them again, as every step of the way they were informative and we felt apart of a very big family.

Thank you for the wonderful trip.
The Quran e Paak khatams and the mawlid were a wonderful experience that I’ve never had on a tour before. It was a blessing to have Imam khalid and also Habib Adil at the mawlid and they had our hearts moved with their beautiful words.
The museum trip was also something my daughter really enjoyed and the women in the group were reflecting on their own journeys towards parda and hijab when the guide went through the structure of the home of Hazrat Bibi Ayesha RA.

Kindly keep the museum on all your trips. It was an amazing experience.

Amazing experience

First time going to Umrah I used Ziyara Tours. I have to say the service offered and the guidance given to first time visitors was second to none. My experience was brilliant, they put me at ease and helped me complete my Umrah. I would definitely recommend Ziyara Tours.

My mum wanted to go to Palestine and as she is elderly and English is not her first language she asked me to book it for her. Obviously very reluctant to do this with the current situation. She heard of Ziyara Tours through a friend. When I say she couldn't have made a better decision i mean it. The process to book was so easy. they gave all the information i needed straight away and answered any questions straight away. before they left i was added on to the WhatsApp group which kept me upto date with everything they were doing so there was no need to worry if i couldnt get hold of my mum.

When mum was out there she said she felt so safe with the group. All the tour guides were friendly, helpful and just genuinely lovely people. She learnt so much not only about Palestinian culture but her own religion and others. the tour guides did everything to make sure she was okay. always checking on her on long journeys. It honestly has opened her eyes to travelling more. We will be booking our next tour with Ziyara in the future InshaAllah

We traveled from South Africa to Jordan and Palestine with Ziyara Tours. Due to arriving slightly earlier than the rest of the UK group, we needed our itinerary to be customised. Sajid happily accomodated us and made sure that our entire trip went smoothly. I particularly appreciated that Ziyara Tours was responsive to messages from pre-departure all the way through to arrival back home. The trip itself was incredible. We had spiritual and historical guides who imparted their vast knowledge with the group. They would readily answer questions and did not shy away from discussing complex issues.
