I ordered olaplex no products money was taken though a PayPal account tryed getting in touch nothing.
Anybody know what I can do to get my money back.
How can they get away with this

Hi Ladies.. what a disappointment!!
So looking forward to my Olaplex products.. Especially as they were half price!! Only they have never turned up!!
Wish I'd read these reviews first!!
Had to call PayPal will now wait 10days to see if Zo beauty responds ..
Thankfully at least I should definitely receive a refund.. anyone else out there do the same. The PayPal agent was really helpful.

Avoid these scamers didn't receive my items

I ordered some olaplex in July and did not receive by the date confirmed. Tried phoning, online chat to no avail. Luckily I had kept the message confirming everything and my bank are now disputing it with paypal. Please avoid this site its a total SCAM! These people should be ashamed of themselves.

I ordered some Olaplex items in July. I didn't receive any confirmation of order and still haven't received my items. I sent them two emails and had no reply. I am disgusted and disappointed, not to mention our of pocket. I wish I had read these reviews first. Avoid like the plague. ZERO stars

Please save your money. I bought some OPI nail varnishes because they were a good price. Paid through PayPal and have luckily had an immediate refund once I raised it through PayPal. Tried the online chat, tried leaving my email for them to contact me. If I could leave no stars I would. I would suggest the 5* reviews are FAKES.

I paid for over £50 for some hair products - took money but not even so much as an order confirmation.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. IF IT LOOKS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE, IT PROBABLY IS!

I have reported it and hopefully get money back but lesson learnt to stick to companies I know, sad thing is they weren’t even cheaper! I think it’s disgusting that this is so easy for them to do! My olaplex products apparently went from Uk to Australia to be sent back here… I haven’t even waited for the supposed delivery date as I know they ain’t coming!!!! Can’t get hold of them and all points to giant SCAM!

Nearly two weeks waiting for order. Emailed twice, no reply.
Advertise cheaper prices but don’t send.

This is a SCAM. DO NOT ENTERTAIN THEM.
Online chat does not work. “Customer service number” is a mobile and same as the fax number. Try and call it yourself if you want confirmation. You’ll be cut off every time. Check your bank statement. The payment is made to a fake company called “Thorpe”.
Disgusting people. Google ads should be ashamed

Olaplex items ordered and robbed.

scam.... £65 i paid for olaplex products. Didnt get an email to confirm order. tried the live chat no response. tried calling no answer. luckily paid through paypal so should get a refund eventually!!! Avoid like the plague! complete con artists!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This appears to be a total SCAM.
No response to chat or e-mail, and alarmingly no order confirmation or tracking number - needless to say order not received.
Most of the positive reviews look spurious as if they have been written by people who might be linked to the company??.
Moving forward, I will check Trustpilot before placing any orders with any company.

Ordered an item from here, no confirmation email, no contact. The delivery date came and went, no item delievered. Tried using their online supprt, no response, tried phoning their customer support, no answer.
Paid using PayPal so will be refunded but I'd strongly advise against buying anything from here.

It’s a fake page. I didn’t get my order at all. The first thing which was strange I didn’t get my order information on my email. Time was going but I didn’t get my order. I tried to contact the seller but I didn’t get answer 😔

It is an scam 100% I have had no orders come to my house I would no recommend do not do it

I'm absolutely gutted I have fallen for this massive scam. That's £10.25 I'll never see again. I don't understand why Google and PayPal are allowing them to continue

BUYER BEWARE!!! Don't purchase from this company..also going by the name of Mindy Beauty. They will take payment very quickly but you will never receive the goods. You will get a tracking update saying it waiting to clear customs..even though its meant to be a UK based company! You wont get any response to your emails and the phone number just cuts off! I purchased from Mindy Beauty and thankfully I used PayPal and thankfully will get a refund. Please ignore the reviews saying they are a 5vstar company these are obviously fake reviews!
