Missed an item out of my order …
Missed an item out of my order completely meaning I couldn't use the remaining items, it was on the paperwork in the box though. My order was time sensitive as needed to print urgently. They have said sorry and will send another missing item that will take 3 days to get to me. No refund offered just a standard non personal sorry message which does not help they didn't answer my questions. I have had to buy elsewhere to get the job done, you get what you pay for, lesson learned, 'buy local!', you can not send back and not get refund!.
