A must have service for anyone moving to US from overseas!

Till today it was a good experience(Five star). Today I got the transactions declined when I most needed it. Confirmed with the chat support that the transaction limit for both credit and debit card is $5000 per day.
Unfortunately it did not work , Neither $3000 worked.
Had to pause the transaction and come back home ,
felt bad as things didnt work out.

I like Zolve because as an international student from India to the US, I was able to open my account, access it and use it for my needs in the US. I was allowed to have this account even before reaching to the US. Wonderful thing one must have it.

I was wondering about banking and credit history before moving to US from India. Zolve made everything simple, from opening the account in India and issued a credit card with a high limit.
This helped to manage expenses before getting the salary/SSN in US.
The Zolve mobile app is clean and straightforward, very helpful indeed.

I was reluctant at first to choose zolve. But now I am feeling that this was my best decision.

Zolve credit card is excellent!
Pros:
I got my Zolve credit card after I landed in the USA and the process is pretty simple and the card is provided without a US credit score.Great rewards and excellent support and quick turn around on solving the customer issues

Zolve checking Account :
Pros: Your dependents also can have an USA bank account without SSN and authorization of work before landing into USA.

Cons: USA entities or companies like Transunion not recognizing the zolve statement as address proof where as other US bank account statements are accepting. Zolve team has to work/focus more on this, I thought of adding zolve to my payroll but dropped due to this limitation.

Matrix SIM with Zolve account:
Only Cons:
Its very worst service not sure why and how zolve has tied up with matrix telecom guys. Bad Network, without gps/maps it is tough to move here and there here no one knows including matrix team when they lost signal and when it will restore, if you want to
connect to Matrix network/support team they only work or helps in IST time it is ridiculous and crazy.
I thought it would be my permanent USA number and have included in all services like utilities, Internet, Payroll and banks. Due to the network issues thought of switching to other network and there is no port option when we connect no response from matrix team on this ,so you need to buy new connection or sim here and have to update in all places where you provided number . These guys charges like any thing we can get many options with less price here in USA

A very convenient banking solution for Indians moving to the US. You can practically have your account and credit card ready for use before landing. Good support channel. Slightly low on credit limit.

Great credit card for Indians moving to US!

Initially, I thought of using a Zolve account as a backup or emergency, until I get other American bank accounts. But once I used it, I couldn't make it a backup plan. I'm using it equally. Zolve provides cashback/reward programs, banking App itself is so easy and friendly to use. I genuinely recommend Zolve to everyone, who is coming to the USA.
