You are a bunch of thieves. I have lost 40 pounds to you this week. I am ashamed to see an English company stealing money from English people and the Police and Government will not do anything about this

I got an email saying I’ve been given some head phones and I only needed to pay £1 for postage which I did. The following month I got charged rover £37 for “VIP membership” I tried to cancel the direct debit as I didn’t remember any subscription with the name zombiezalad. I tried to go on their website to see if I can cancel it doesn’t work and you won’t know about it until money has come out of your account.
Has anyone got any advice on how to get your money back please? This is a scam, it was my fault for trying to get something for cheap but now I’m paying a very big price and it’s killing me.
This robbing scammers should be ashamed of themselves.

bunch of scammers, just got a mail from random numbers/letters which redirected be first to some random website, which then transfered me to c.zombiezalad.com. They claimed that my "purchase" will be canceled, even though i didn't do any purchases for past month. not to mention everything was regional (belgium). they claim my address is missing, and that they will cancel my order and terminate my account within 48 hours. lazy f*cks, go get a job.
