BE CAREFULL

BE CAREFULL, THEY WILL KEEP SENDING INVOICES.
I removed my payment method to stop payments as i didn't use their service, but they kept sending invoices even when they could not keep subscription on

Sorry for the confusion, but there seems to be a misunderstanding here.

At the moment, Zone does not have an automatic payment method that can be added or removed from an account. All invoices are issued based on active services and selected billing periods, not on stored payment methods.

What most likely happened is the following:

The web hosting service remained active into a new billing period, which triggered a new invoice.
The service was then closed during that period.
After closure, the final payable amount was recalculated to cover only the time between the invoice start date and the actual closure date.

This can result in a due amount even if the service is no longer in use, as it reflects the period during which the service was technically active.

That said, you’re absolutely right that an automatic payment and subscription management solution would make this clearer and more convenient. This is something we are actively working on, with plans to implement it next year.

The worst hosting provider in the country

I was testing various VPS hosting providers in Estonia and this was by a large margin the worst one. Also they do not have IPv6 despite them having a blog post from 2012 implementing IPv6. Avoid these lazy people. Had better luck with FASTVPS.
