Warranty Claim - Excellent Service

A couple of unexpected tears in the groin area of my lightly used Zone3 buoyancy shorts led me to the Zone3 warranty folks. After a couple quick email exchanges, one showing a photo of the tears, my replacement order was on the way! Their customer service, in my experience, was fast, no fluff, and painless. When you pay $99 for a product, you expect greatness all around. Despite the fabric snafu, greatness was achieved here. Thanks Zone3!

Purchased a swim the serpentine hoodie…

Purchased a swim the serpentine hoodie which took over 2 months to get. Sam from Zone 3 was great in keeping me informed and going the extra Mile to make sure I finally received my order. Many thanks Sam.

I have been a loyal Zone3 customer for…

I have been a loyal Zone3 customer for nearly a decade using their Activate trisuits but I have to say that I have been recently disappointed. The Lycra in my last two suits has failed very quickly (1-2 months) leaving me with that “swimming in a sleeping bag” feel. My personal view is that the fabric is now not as robust as before. Customer service give the strong impression that their swim kit is not designed for regular daily swimming. My bad. Oh well…off to Speedo after nearly a decade with a UK company.

We understand that the trisuit you recently purchased was an Activate model. However, the photos provided clearly showed a different trisuit from our discontinued Aquaflo range.

We would also like to clarify that the product in question is a trisuit, not a swimsuit. While it can be used in the water, it is not designed for daily use. We do offer alternative products in our range that are better suited to frequent swim sessions, and we’d be happy to provide more information on these if helpful.

Amazing Customer Service

Vapour goggles falling to bits

I could review my purchase, or Zone 3, or the help I was given when there was a problem.
I have long been a wearer of their Vapour goggles, a
nd have recommended them to friends. then the lens came out of one eye, one pair. because they were most probably old, they were assumed to be out of warranty.
but then it happened again, the lens came out, but this time the left, rather than the right eye. I was immediately offered a replacement, whichI accepted. However Zone 3 did not suggest they would take any other steps to find out why it happened twice. That strikes me as a problem with the manufacture, and I hope it doesn’t keep happening.

The person I dealt with, Drasti, was excellent.

Fabulous customer service

Fabulous customer service . I was unsure about the fitting/ size . I sent in photos. I got a detailed informative email plus a phone call. Essentially I had the correct size but needed to tweak it a little. Polite, and quick responses.

Seasonal wetsuit rental

I rented a seasonal wetsuit from Zone3 which was really straightforward and good value. Instructions were clear and when I didn't get an automatic update following the return, I received an incredibly prompt follow up by email to resolve and finalise the return. I will be looking to purchase a wetsuit next season and will happily give Zone3 the business in future.

Them on 21st September and despite numerous emails I haven’t received it or a refund. Customer service is quick to reply but I am still £45 down after nearly two months. A couple of days after posting this zone3 have now issued me a refund. Still a negative experience

Magic Moment

I wanted to return something to another Company, and I made a mistake and I sent my Item to 3zone. In spitze that the were not obliged to help me, they made Sure that I was informed and poster my 200 Euro Item back to me. That is the kind of service known as the Magic Moment. Thank yor 3Zone. PS . My Titanium Outdoor swimming suit gave me a lot if Joy aswell.
