Do simple to use no taking to post office just pop in bag and post

I've had bad experiences with similar companies in the past, receiving the product and then changing the quote and charging a fortune to send your item back to you if you don't accept the payment. I was a little concerned this would be the same having read a few reviews, however I had noticed that they had responded to all bad reviews so thought i'd try them out.
I delayed sending my item a little and thought they would reduce the buying price because of this, but they didn't, my item was received, processed and paid for within a couple of days. I paid extra for special delivery but i'd always recommend that just in case anything goes wrong with the post.
I had frequent email updates to tell me the status of my order which assured me this wasn't another scam company. Super impressed and would definitely use again.

Far better price than anyone else. Good communication by email and received the money into my account the day they received my item. Cannot fault them.

Very impressed with the service. It was easy to place the order, the packing materials arrived promptly, I got emails acknowledging reciept and confirming payment. I posted my iPad on Saturday morning and the money was in my account by Monday afternoon - you couldn't ask for better!

Worked exactly as stated on the website. Was sent a return bag with postage paid. I paid an additional £1 for signed for delivery (iPad weight) and was emailed 2 days later to confirm payment that had been promised had been transferred into my bank account. Easy!

I wanted to sell my Ipad. I looked on the internet and found that Zoomfish offered a very good price. After I filled in an online form,I was sent a prepaid envelope and instructions about wrapping and sending the computer. A couple of days after sending it, they notified me that they had received the package and would be paying the money directly in to my bank account.They have now done that.I have found ZoomFish to be a trustworthy company and wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others. I gave my iPhone 4s in to be tested and quoted, after replying that I didn't agree with the quote. I heard nothing back, I contacted them repeatedly but to this day... over a year later I have still heard nothing. I got the minimal amount of money but that was it. Wouldn't recommend this company in my wildest dreams.

I sent in my wife's I-phone 5, having been quoted £105. We opted for using Zoomfish packaging rather than our own. The pristine phone had always been protected by a leather flip cover and was returned in it's original box. She had replaced it with a new I-phone 6 on a new 2 year contract.
We soon received an e-mail from Zoomfish , 29/01/15, claiming the sim reader was faulty and reducing the offer to £25.
We were very unhappy and immediately told them, by e-mail and their log on to their web site to return the phone.
As we had not had the phone returned, we complained by e-mail and a phone call, 05/02/15. My wife was promised on the phone call that they would check the phone again, they obviously had not bothered to return it. They did not phone her as promised so she phoned again 06/02 to be told it was checked again and definitely faulty. They said it would now be returned and we would have it on 09/02. I am writing this at 20:12 pm on 09/02, still no phone returned.

This is a brilliant system. Website easy to follow, I was kept informed through every step and the transaction was completed within a week.

Always been a bit suspect of these sort of sites but these guys were so quick....money in my bank the same day they received my old iPhone 4s...would highly recommend.

I sold my ipad1 to zoomfish for a decent price. The service from the company was exceptional with all packing envelopes arriving within a day and I am based in Dundee Scotland! Then I sent the package off and did not put the delivery note in. After a few days I realised this and telephoned the company. They immediately sorted whilst I was on the phone and the money was put in my account within 2 hours. First class.
