Liars

They are a false and fraudulent company
They obviously lie about their price. They quote a high price, higher than others. But upon sending my item, they do not state that scuffs and hair deducts from the price. They are false as to make you commit and lure you to a false thinking you will get the money

I also send them a charger and cable and they did not upgrade the price. Avoid them at all cost. If you want a genuine price, stick to mazuma and others who i have tried and tested before

selling !st generation Ipad

I sold my old Ipad through Zoomfish Gadgets.
They were competitive in the price they gave my and quickly sent me packaging to send it back. Two days later I had my cheque in the post! Brilliant service and I feel confident in this company. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Superb service

I was concerned when I sent my IPad 4 as I had been disappointed by Music Magpie before who destroyed an item as it " wasn't up to expected standard" however, in less than 48 hours, from Zoomfish the bank transfer was received for the full amount of £140 as promised.. Superb service good comes and I would definitely recommend them to my friends.

bit of an easy scam

Decided to sell my ipad with 3G. Had a look on ebay and generally iPad 1's are going for about £40 at present.
Found zoom fish and sent my ipad to them, it has always had a screen protector, so when I took this of it was like a brand new screen, always in a case so immaculate alloy case no scratches etc.
Wasnt quite sure how this service works but thought I was going to get £54 for my ipad which was better than I could get elsewhere, bit unbeleivable really what they would do with it, 3rd world i thought.
Anyhow logged in to see what happening and there was a review of its condition, said it was dented and bent! offered me £31.
A bit surprised and realisation of whats happening, they probably sell them on ebay for £40....
I couldnt be bothered to get my ipad back and I guess they bank on most people doing this.

Dishonest

I was quoted £54.00 which was reduced to £25.00 when the iPad was received. The iPad was not perfect but I did answer all the questions asked on the web site accurately. The return time if the new price was not accepted was 14 days.

Also there is no mention when the original price is agreed that this is subject to revision.

I suspect that this is the way they operate, and bank on being able to reduce the price drastically and bank on most people accepting the new price. If you do use them be aware that they may reduce the price.

The free postage does not cover loss or damage, this is an extra cost that you have to pay if needed.

Disapponting

They offered the best price by some margin when I did the online search. I though give them a try even they offer a lower price eventually. My ipad has been cased & screen protected from day 1, I put down as 'good condition' as I used it everyday with no problem. I even sent with the original box. When they offered me over 70% less than the initial price. I asked to re-quote or return. They went ahead & paid me. Told me it was too late, although I emailed back the same afternoon. 'Crooks' is the only thing I can associate them.

Quick, good value service.

I was looking to recycle my slightly broken tablet and was pleased to find Zoomfish who appear to have a largely philanthropic basis for the service they provide, and also happened to offer the best price I could find for my tablet. I was further delighted, having followed their straightforward process, when they quicker than expected received my item and paid me the sum that had been advertised, keeping me up to date via their website / tracking as it went along. Would definitely use again.

Seller Beware

I was quoted a price of £54 for my working Apple iPhone 4 32GB including the charger which I thought was fair. Zoomfish promptly sent me the packaging and I dispatched my phone as requested.
As soon as they received the phone I got a revised quote of £44 stating that the screen was so deeply scratched that it would have to be replaced !
I know the phone wasn't damaged in transit as I sent it in the original Apple box and it was also bubble wrapped.
I know for a fact this phone was in pristine condition, it has been kept in a case since day 1, the screen didn't have a mark on it.
This must be their standard starting position , I suspect if you sent them a brand new phone they would find some reason not to pay you the original quoted price.
You do have the choice of accepting the revised quote or not , if not they will send you your product back, I chose to still accept but thought other potential sellers should be aware.
Somehow I doubt the £10 reduction they offered me would cover the cost of a new screen anyway !

Beware price lure

Following some research on the internet I submitted my phone to Zoomfish. The phone completely complied with the criteria set out by Zoomfish but once they received the phone they immediately halved the offer price. I can only assume this is common practice by Zoomfish in the hope that people will not want the hassle of having the phone returned to be resold. I did request the phone be returned and I subsequently sold it to Mazuma without any quibbles. I would thoroughly recommend Mazuma and caution people about being succoured in by Zoomfish

Delivered As Valued On Their Website

Although it is natural to have some prudent scepticism about sending off devices to unknown addresses before payment, ZoomFish not only did exactly as stated but at the best valuation too. Selected my product (iPad), entered the details, packaged it, printed the FREEPOST label and sent it ... two days later the money as promised was in my account. Very happy with the ease of the experience, so much so that I sold my old iPhone the same way today and at a far better price than Vodafone offerred. Highly recommended.

Purchase of ipad by Zoomfish

Highest price paid by Zoomfish of an ipad 1. No problem with sending ipad to Zoomfish due to simply printing out a return address slip. Was kept informed, email of completed delivery and finally completion of the transacting with the estimated purchase price paid.
