Unprofessional and very poor
I was looking for a fast sale of my property. They negotiated hard and brought me down to my lowest possible price. They then claimed that the whole sale process would take no more than 4 weeks. I gave them access to my property twice for valuation and for surveying. The surveyor was over 1 hour late. It took 9 weeks for them to get back to me, which included 2 weeks of several unanswered emails from me and four phone calls to them where I was promised a call back that never materialised. Then they offered me a derisory offer almost 25% less than the price we'd already negotiated. I have been told by others that this is a common tactic of theirs to waste sellera time and then lowball them with a much lower offer in the hope that they are so desperate they will accept.
