ZOOSTORM IS THE BEST

I absolutely love zoostorm for how reliable they are. I've had and used a keyboard and mouse from them, both plug in ones, for like 14 years or more, used to have a PC from them too, and it legit has never broken down on me.

The mouse and keyboard are indestructible, this keyboards been through some mashing in its time and I've used it for thousands upon thousands of hours over its time, and it still hasn't broken. Bought another keyboard about 2 months ago from my local shop, was more modern, that shit lasted 4 weeks before it stopped working and wouldn't type.

Ref - Service request 36263R - reliability/unstable system

I’ve been a loyal Zoostorm customer for over a decade. My original machine is now more than 10 years old and still runs flawlessly — the only reason I upgraded was because it had naturally slowed with age. Based on that reliability, I chose another Zoostorm/Stormforce system in early 2024. Unfortunately, this has turned out to be a deeply regrettable decision.
From the first few months of use, it has been nothing but trouble. Despite multiple returns under warranty and even being sent a new SSD with a fresh Windows install, the system remains unstable. Windows 11 updates caused drive letter issues that force full resets and complete software reinstalls — something I’ve now had to do at least five or six times. The constant crashes, resets, and lost hours have made the machine practically unusable.
I understand Windows 11 isn’t perfect, but friends with the same specs on other brands have zero issues, and my decade old Zoostorm still runs the same software without a single crash. Something is clearly wrong with this particular PC, yet instead of addressing the fault, Zoostorm/Stormforce have blamed Cubase (the exact reason I bought the machine), my soundcard, and anything else they can point to. At this stage, it feels like they’ve simply washed their hands of the problem.
For £1,645.33, I expected a reliable, functioning computer. Instead, I’ve been left with a system that constantly needs reinstallations, has USB ports that stop working, suffers from Armoury Crate corrupting motherboard settings, and blue screens more often than it runs properly. There has been no offer of a replacement, no meaningful resolution, and no accountability — meanwhile, my old Zoostorm continues to work perfectly.
I didn’t want to leave a negative review, but after nearly a year of issues and no real support my patience has become thoroughly exhausted, and I feel I have no choice. Based on how they’ve responded to other critical reviews, I fully expect Zoostorm to deny any knowledge of my purchase as well.
My advice, echoing what others have already said, is to stick with a proven, reliable brand such as HP or Dell. In my case, I would have been far better off buying an Apple machine or simply keeping my old PC.

To clarify, Stormforce is our sister company, and while we do work closely, Zoostorm and Stormforce maintain separate sales records, order systems, and support processes.

We have ran an investigation and have located your last warranty repair, one of our senior service and support members worked on your system and was in discission with you once we had ran our repair. The last thing we want to do, is to annoy one of our loyal customers. We try our upmost to assist each customer but we are limited to the support we can offer when it comes to software related issues.

We did send you an email regarding Windows 11 25H2 and 24H2 updates and Cubase 14 and that there have been accounts on non Zoostorm branded PC's where people have had issues following the 25H2 update, including performance instability and unexpected behavior.

We are sorry that we could not resolve the issue for you, but as stated we can only assist with Hardware related issues.

We understand how frustrating unresolved technical issues can be and remain committed to supporting all of our customers as effectively as possible.

Ironically, after sending the RAM via Royal Mail (with delivery proof), they claimed not to have received it.

Customer Service exemplary

Had my Zoostorm desktop several years now, needed to upgrade to support Windows 11. I contacted them for advice, received very swift response with recommended compatible parts, prices, including to return my pc for their team to do the work if I wanted that option. Ordered the parts yesterday. they are shipping out today for delivery tomorrow, with offers to help with installation if required. Top job, Zoostorm, excellent all round.Thank you

I bought second hand Zoostorm computer…

I bought second hand Zoostorm computer from a person in local neighbourhood (i5 3.0 GHz, 16 DDR 4, GTX 1060) with all the documentation and in very good condition.

I have only upgraded it with SSD.

This on my second pc and together with dell t5810 compound our home and business set up.

The pc case is very well ventilated, quite and nice looking.

In my opinion very good quality for home computer. Recommend.

Fantastic Company & Customer Service!

Bought from their ebay store zoostorm-sales and unfortunately (not at their fault) there was an issue with one of the items i ordered with. Zoostorms customer service was quick to reply and sort out the issue, no quibble or fusses and promptly resolved everything! We have been buying PC parts for our companies from various places but think we will try use Zoostorm from now forward, the aftercare which most other companies lack in and make difficult was excellent, prompt, fast, and helpful! Thank you!

Fantastic laptop from Zooplus

I have a chromebook but always liked windows 10 so was looking for a suitable little laptop, I was surprised to see one priced brand new less then you can get most used laptops for. I have had used laptops before but sellers can't guarentee the batteries and its not as simple to change a battery as we could once in the older systems.

It come brandnew from Zoostorm well packed very quick delivery, for price I can't complain and it is good seeing a company that is doing quality goods at a very reasonable price. Camera not as good as I had with some higher brands but put good lighting around it then it films fine. It is really a bargain as we all like new better then used as its only ever been ours. Mike

Quick resolution

We had a failed PSU for a machine that was still in warranty, replacement was sent out within days of raising the issue. Great communication, swift response, hopefully won't need to be in contact again for a while but when we do I know we're in capable hands. Excellent support.

Zoostom has become our go to desktop…

Zoostom has become our go to desktop for our office. We now have 15+ PCs, many of which are over 2 years old and have never let us down. Our PCs are on for long periods copying large amounts of data. The team at Zoostorm have always been extremely helpful and knowledgeable when suggesting suitable upgrades, taking time to understand our requirements. I'm sure Zoostorm will remain our go to unit for many years!

Quick and professional service! Units they sell are perfect for what I needed and when one developed a fault at just under 3 years old, it was fixed very quickly!

Great communication and service.

I work at a school and we had one of the new PC's fail. In my experience faulty tech is inevitable, its what a company does to resolve your problems that counts. Zoostorm were very quick to respond, collect and repair. I even had a courtesy call a week later to check everything was okay still.

My Zoostorm AMD desktop PC…

My 3 years old Zoostorm AMD desktop PC developed an intermittent fault of the on/off switch, a minor irritation that eventually resulted in it failing to boot-up.
Although it was out of warranty I chose to seek help from the Zoostorm Technical Team.

What fantastic service I was given.!

Brilliant customer services Team Leader Sarah answered my numerous emails speedily every time & Tom of the Repair Team explained the repairs and what was needed in a way that was easy to understand. From start to finish the entire process was informative, timely & positive throughout. Th employees I spoke with are a credit to the Company and, due to the fantastic customer service, I can highly recommend them.

Under promise and overdeliver

Had a Zoostorm desktop for some years with no problem. Great computer. Last week the fan in power supply stopped. Took it to the local repair shop and they said 1 week away. Phoned Zoostorm on Friday and they said they had a PSU in stock and quoted less than 1/4 of the price. Paid and they said it would be with me on Monday. It arrived Saturday! Well done Zoostorm

Unfair review prompted me

I have had a desk top I bought from Zoostorm 5 years ago,
the performance and quality has been excellent, it is still in perfect condition and I have never had any problems with it or the monitor - prefer to my new Laptop with Ryzen 5 processor

I bought my mini pc 5years ago and have…

I bought my mini pc 5years ago and have had 2 problems with it both were resolved within hours with the help of the support staff, who are brilliant. I did not have to take it to a specialist repairer as happened with my other PC's under their instructions I was able to repair the unit myself. I have no hesitation in recommending Zoostorm for equipment and support (which is very rarely needed).

New Zoostorm desktop PC

I have just replaced my 9 year old PC with a new Zoostorm desktop PC and I am very impressed with the speed and quality of the new unit. This is the second Zoostorm desktop PC I have bought , having replaced another PC last year. This unit as been excellent and run with no problems whatsoever.

Over 6 years of hard use

Not a recent purchase. I bought my I3 Zoostorm PC back in 2014. It's been on pretty much constantly since then, had hard memory and hard disk upgrades, and been a pleasure to use.

It recently died, and now I'm building my own PC, but I can testify to the quality of Zoostorm. Over 6 years without missing a beat.
