They are very kind and understanding, they are very helpful but they reply a bit slow at times, but when they do reply fast they reply extra fast.

Been wanting a gaming PC for a while now and was glad I found their website. Customer service was very quick to respond, I ordered my PC on a Friday and it arrived on Tuesday.

Would highly recommend ordering from them.

3 or so years ago I bought a pc from these guys, unfortunately for myself and zoo storm I had a bit of a nightmare. The graphics card (GTX 1070) died after a month or so of use.
Customer support was incredibly helpful and send out a replacement pc.
Even more unfortunately the replacement pc was severely damaged in transit and was unuseable.
I was understandably very angry and upset and the customer service people at zoo storm informed me that the pc I had was no longer on stock/ available.
As a gesture of goodwill they sent me a Replacement PC worth an extra £400!
Luckily for us both my bad luck ran dry.
I made sure I waited to write this review but my current pc is going 3 years strong with no issues. A big thank you to the customer service team at the time who stuck their necks out for me and made sure I was looked after.

I bought a Zoostorm PC about 5 years ago and it has performed very well and never let me down - I passed it on still working well. I have just bought a new Zoostorm Elite Desktop PC which I have now had for nearly three weeks and again the build quality seems excellent. It came without an OS but I got a good deal on a Win 10 Home download which I installed and so far everything is running just fine.

Brilliant service, and excellent customer service.

Elite i5 9400F with 16GB DDR4 & Asus GT discreet graphics. Worked first time, no drama. Added Windows 10 and everything went smoothly. Runs like a real beast. Very pleased indeed. Next day delivery was a bonus too. Thanks to all.

Helped me get back to normal after a huge Windows 10 BSOD incident!

Can't get spare parts anywhere the chassis fell apart 6 months after the warrenty ran out. The laptop battery is shocking, and has been taped in place since 2017 when it decided to snap out of place. Many have the same problem I've seen listings on ebay. Speaking to the customer service team was like sampling your genitals to an elephant and letting a mouse loose. Exciting but doesnt get you far. They refer you to a place called golden star computers, which don't have a website or email address but do, thankfully, have a chargeable telephone number... the joy!
seriously I wouldn't buy one again, no spares if something goes wrong.

Just taken delivery of my second Zoostorm tower pc. The last one was still working fine after 7 years, but I felt it sensible to replace now. That's pretty impressive though, and it had a lot of use.

The new machine was well priced and has good specs. Quick delivery too. My only minor quibble is the awkward placing of the not particularly responsive CD tray button.

Overall, I highly recommend Zoostorm.

First bought Zoostorm Delta SFF PC a few years ago and I am been very impressed ever since. I now dont purchase anything else for a business PC.

I first bought a Zoomstorm PC back in 2014 and it is still working perfectly, I have since repalced all the office towers with Zoomstorm.
Great spec and produtcs.

I started to set up a bare PC from Zoostorm with Windows 10 from my USB drive connected to the USB 3.0 port. Initially it kept ignoring it and going to PXE boot. On re-configuring the BIOS I got it to see the internal HDD but that was it, no USB. I contacted tech support and firstly was very please to have a geographical number. It was answered very quickly and professionally after a few details I was put through to 1st line support with minimal wait. I started to chat explaining the problem and whilst conversing I just tried the USB 2.0 port informing the tech on what I was doing and VOILA it worked! So, I gave them 4 stars for professionalism and speed but because I resolved the issue I wasn't able to test them fully. I am sure they would have come up with the answer though.

Had my Zoostorm desktop for a number of years now. Bought a basic model and it has been well used. Onboard graphics but still run Microsoft Flight Sim with no bother on quite high resolutions.
Not a single fault so has been very reliable

I dont have the zoostorm kangaroo yet just wondering if its capable of minecraft or other high end games

After sales service is fantastic. I’ve now called twice, years after the original purchase to upgrade components and both the technical support and parts prices have been top rate.

I tried calling and didn’t pick up waited 20 mins and no one answered the phone need a installation media like a usb but can’t get in contact with zoomstorm.

good brand, speedy, well packaged and designed :)

Great PC, powerful for low cost.
I buy Zoostorm from Ebuyer whenever i can, haven't let me down yet.
