2 time ordered but again bad experience

This is the second time I have purchased products from Zora, but unfortunately the experience has again not been good.
One item from my order (bitter gourd/karela) was not available at the time of delivery, and I was told that the refund would be processed within 48 hours. I received my order on Monday, and today is Thursday, but I still have not received the refund.
Yesterday I called the team again, and they repeated the same thing — that the money would be transferred within 48 hours. I also asked if they could send an email regarding the missing product or refund, but they said that they would send an email only after the refund is processed.
I don’t understand the logic behind this. When you receive an order, you immediately send the bill by email. So if a product is unavailable or needs to be refunded or replaced, why not inform the customer by email on the same day?

Overall, this has not been a good experience again.

It’s a lie!!!!

It’s a lie. I didn’t receive my order at all. At first, I waited for a whole day , then your colleague has contacted me after 21:35 on 2nd Feb by sms and wanted to deliver my order at 23:00 . Sorry, really NO GO!!! Time for bed!!! Your company is insane. Dont you think it’s very disrespectful and disturbing to deliver at late night?!!! Since then No one has contacted me again for new delivery . By the way, my order supposed to be delivered on Friday, 31st January. But it didn’t happen, then I contacted your company on Monday morning by email , 2nd February and then the chaos was starting 🙂‍↕️. Sorry, only bad experience with your company. Every email I sent to your email address and was error automagically sent them back to me, 🤔🤔🤔🤔 Also it was my 1st purchase and I paid over 85€. I want my money back!!!

Order was delayed and there was no…

Order was delayed and there was no update provided by the team until I reached out to them via email. After that, I even messaged on WhatsApp but they saw my message with no response. I received my order today after 13 -14 days. I understand delay is possible but taking responsibility and providing support with updates should be utmost priority. I’m extremely disappointed with the service this time and would think twice to order next time.

Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever. ⭐☆☆☆☆

My order was delayed for nearly three weeks, and the customer service was completely unprofessional and unreliable.

I am based in Erfurt. I placed my order on 28 November, but the company didn’t even process my payment until two weeks later on 10th of December. I finally received my package on 16 December, and instead of taking responsibility, they blamed DPD for their own mistakes.

Customer service was the worst part of this experience. They answered my call, listened to my issue, and promised to call me back but never did. For the next four hours, my calls were ignored while I was desperately checking multiple DPD packet stations.

To make things worse, customer support incorrectly told me that my package had already arrived at a DPD packet station in my city. When I asked which station, they had no answer. After wasting my time traveling between different stations, I later found out that my package wasn’t even in Erfurt, it was 400 km away in Berlin, more than two weeks after ordering.

The customer support representative clearly had no information and kept repeating, “I’ll ask and get back to you” which never happened.

No apology, no accountability and this seems to be their “normal” delivery process.

I honestly don’t understand how this business operates. I will never order from this website again.

I wish I could give zero stars.

selling expired products

I had a very disappointing and unacceptable experience with this store. I ordered Britannia Toastea Cake Rusk, and the product they delivered was already expired. When I opened the pack, I found hair embedded inside the rusks—not just on the surface, but actually stuck inside. This is extremely unhygienic and a serious health risk.Selling expired and contaminated food is completely irresponsible. I have taken photos and kept the packaging as evidence.

I strongly advise others to check their products carefully before buying from this store.

I never got my online order

I never got my online order! Packet has been stuck at Berlin packet station due to improper packing.

I tried contacting via email, whatsapp and telephone and nobody responded.

Just wasted my money, and the store takes no responsibility
