Zoro gets 5 stars for the quality of the packaging and the quick delivery; however, FedEx gets two stars for the convenience of the delivery. When FedEx made the first and second delivery attempt, I was at home, and they never rang my apartment buzzer. The package was finally delivered on the third attempt. I have found that the US Postal Service is more reliable in regard to package delivery. By the way, the Krud Kutter, which I ordered from Zoro, is an excellent product. It has removed all kinds of nasty graffiti from my preservation group's outdoor signage. Thank you, Zoro!

My Zoro purchase was fast and simple, I’ll be back!
The Zoro purchase experience was great! The product is cheaper than the price on Amazon and I got it in just two days, which is just as fast as Amazon! This was super simple. I tried to get the product from a different vendor who took almost 2 weeks to ship me the product. And it was the wrong product due to an error on their website! Zoro was simple and fast! I’ll be checking Zoro for my product purchases in the future.

Got read this one
This is not to knock Zoro down one bit. You get free shipping for $50 or more orders. I was looking for a few bags of top soil. They had them here for $4 something per bag. So I ordered 12 bags to get to the $50 mark for free shipping. Well unknown to me, these bags of soil was in New York. I live outside of Seattle. They shipped these 12 40lb bags on a pallet shipping weight 521 lb from New York to my home outside of Seattle. Now I only spent $50 something total. How much did this company spend on shipping? Common sense would think a few hundred. I have no idea but to ship 521 lbs over 2000 miles had to cost them a nice chunk for a $50 order. Kudos to them but I figured at the time it would been some local outfit for the soil. Not coming from New York. I kinda feel bad but I didn't know. They definitely went in the hole on this one I would suspect.
