If You Ain't Got a Coupon Keep Shopping
Here's the deal. They do ship quick, and they use quick shipping. Unfortunately, they bill themselves as small business friendly and price competitive, but that's not all true. Not one time have I looked up a product on Zoro's website that I couldn't find it cheaper elsewhere unless I had a coupon. Often even with the coupon the only thing that makes it a better buy is if it meets free shipping criteria. If I haven't just received a 20% off coupon I often don't even bother to look anymore. I just buy what I need somewhere else. Lots of industrial vendors ship quick and use quick shippers. They are a vendor. They are in business for themselves like every other vendor. Check everything, and look at the bottom line before you click on pay now.

My credit card was compromised
My credit card was compromised. A person used it to buy something via paypal on their site. I contacted the company 30 minutes after I got an alert. They shipped it anyways. Makes me wonder if they are part of the scam

This company is terrible
This company is terrible. I ordered a huge amount of tile and they approved it and sent a confirmation then the next day they cancelled it without notice. Then I called them and held on hold for over 45 minutes and called back over and over again and still no resolve. They just have no customer service at all and I would not do business with them.

Order western part number 104 hose adaptor 10 pack and only received 1 item not 10 as shown on receipt and packing slip. Customer Service was no help trying to resove since Jan. This company is not honest and will not help resolve issues. I don't recomend using.
