The only thing good about this experience was shipping time. Opened the box and it was not only the wrong product but the wrong quantity. I ordered a 3 pack (CLEARLY indicated by my receipt and order confirmation) and was only shipped one unit (and not the pro version shown on the product page). I called customer service and they had me send photos and then said I would be sent "the correct item with expedited shipping". Fast forward 5 days and they emailed me and said "the vendor indicated the product is correct". HOW CAN THAT BE POSSIBLE when not only is it just a single item instead of a 3 pack, but not even the correct Pro model. I searched for and sent them the correct manufacturer model number on the Zoro.com website. Then I received the exact same reply and they said they were initiating an RMA which I never requested. Shame on them for not honoring the order as it was placed for the product advertised on their page!!

Ordered some batteries as a guest in Dec/2025, and the parts went back ordered. I was never notified. When I wanted to know if the parts were coming, they said to give them a couple days to find out, still no answer. Called them again, it's been a month, and they said that they would give me a refund. Refund was $5 less for the shipping, but they never shipped it. Customer service says it's their policy, because it was ordered as a guest and the order wasn't over $75. Since when do you order something and you don't receive the order, do you not get the full refund. Feels like corporate greed is stretching it's tentacles, again. Shameful, not doing business here anymore.
1/21 Update - Well Zoro admitted to making a mistake on this, and has offered to give me the full refund. I updated my rating from 1 to a 3 for the trouble, because this should have been considered common business practice.

Advertised a product as in stock, I called to confirm that it wasn't back order and they assured me it wasn't and was in stock. The estimated ship date comes and goes (a few days after ordering,) and I hear nothing. I was initially told I would be reached proactively but I wasn't. Turns out the item was back ordered and not even shipped from them. Don't order items from them that say "ship in 3-5 days," they are guessing and have no idea.

I had a very poor experience with Zoro.com. I ordered an item for a project, but the supplier sent something completely useless and extremely heavy. When I requested a refund, it took over one month just to receive a return label. During that time, they told me they would only replace the item after they received the return.
Because of this delay and poor customer service, I lost the project I had already signed for. On top of that, I had to buy extra tools just to carry and return the heavy item they sent in error, which added more unnecessary cost and frustration.
Zoro does not seem to properly verify their suppliers and clearly does not value the customer’s time or business. This experience was costly, stressful, and unprofessional. I would not recommend Zoro.com to anyone who relies on timely delivery or dependable customer support.

It been a week and my product still hasnt shipped. If you need something in timely manner for a serious repair, dont use Zoro. Just my opinion. I wont be using them again unless its not important or its a hard to find item.

Great prices, fast delivery. Ordered washing machine parts that arrived two days later. Needed an oddball light bulb. When Zoro showed the bulb I needed, I knew I would order there. Had the same great experience.

I ordered and received the package two days later! I was pleasantly surprised at how nice and heavy the mugs were that I got. They are way better than what I was expecting! The delivery was quick, and the delivery person went out of their way to put my package where it would not be stolen! Much appreciated. Will definitely order again from there.

Bought an expensive pair of shoes. Somehow, cost more than the invoice stated...... and then ignored shipping address and shipped with FedEx who is NOT ALLOWED ON OUR PROPERTY. First line of all our orders with everyone, is DO NOT USE FEDEX TO SHIP HERE. So not only did they waste their money, but they wasted my time. I DO NOT recommend ordering anything from a foreign company who can't read english
