No time for low quality or "OMG not again" service... We need this store.
Fast delivery. I mean, it came next day with no upcharge or high dollar membership fee.
Found just the thing I was looking for. It's high quality. Don't quote me, but I think it was generic or Zoro brand. Better than my local big box stores.
And whoa... way beat Grain*** pricing which entailed me riding out to pick it up at their store.
I'm not a high volume builder, but everytime I've used Zoro they've done it right.

Good customer service
I opened the product and tried to mix it, but it was full of hard lumps, so it was unusable. I contacted customer service, and they told me that I need to return the product in its original packaging. However, I tore the packaging open and tried to mix it, but I couldn’t use it to set the firebricks because it was full of hard lumps and stones. I called customer services again and they gave me my money back thanks Zoro.

Zoro saves me time and money, every time I order.

Zoro carries a range of products, from premium to contractor grade, and everything in between.
If you can't find it on Zoro (their website is wonky) just find it on Grainger (Zoro's parent company) and buy the same item on Zoro, for a lot less money!

I was very impressed with how quickly my order was processed and shipped! My order was delivered the very next day according to FEDEX. Unfortunately mt order was delivered to someone else: not me🥺. I contacted FEDEX. FEDEX LISTEN TO MY PROBLEM & ADVISED I WOULD HERE FROM THEM.
My neighbor texted and advised that the packaged had been delivered to her address; not mine. I never heard from FEDEX, But did send an email questionnaire which had yes and no answers and no place to provide the outcome. No surprise there! FEDEX is not the most dependable delivery service in rural areas and the delivery person couldn’t read a printed label that indicated house number 1334 and instead delivered the package to 1344.

I started ordering from Zoro recently, and I’m impressed that their products arrive on time and are priced very competitively in the market. I’m not sure how easy their return and refund process is, but otherwise, everything has worked well for me. Buyers need to pay a very nominal shipping fee to have the merchandise delivered to their destination. However, returns may also require you to pay for shipping. Overall, I find Zoro to be a reliable and reasonably priced option.

STURDY
I needed a step to get on our Tempur-Pedic split bed. For years I struggled to get on it and fell off it. The last time I ordered my step. And l’m by no means short-5”7’. We went with metal, because it won’t slide, it’s very sturdy it won’t flip, it has plenty of space for me me to maneuver my feet(I’m very clumsy ) and it has cool design. Do recommend! V.Hayes
