If you get a product that is defective it should be easy to get it replaced.
I have a defective product and it is an absolute joke what I HAVE TO DO TO GET IT REPLACED.
I HAVE AN EMAIL WITH A LIST OF DEMANDS TO SEND BACK MY PRODUCT TO ZORO AND WAIT FOR A CREDIT AND TOLD TO REACH OUT TO VENDER AND BUY A NEW ONE..

Impressive service..
I was searching for a good quality needle nose pliers and Zoro was among the several companies that came up. I looked at a few companies who carried the same item and the delivery dates and cost of shipping was ludicrous. I decided to try Zoro and I was impressed with their item and service. I got my pliers in a couple days and the shipping charges were much lower than others. Zoro is now under my radar for future purchases.
