This is a scam do not but from here !!!

I bought a ring over a month ago now no shipping updates, haven’t replied to emails or text messages, company haven’t tried to make contact at all.

I placed an order with Zorrata (#106460) and never received my item.

After payment, I got one automated confirmation email — and then complete silence. No tracking updates, no replies to emails or DMs.

Reading other reviews, it seems I’m not alone — many customers report the same experience. I honestly wish I had checked before ordering.

This feels like a company that takes your money and disappears. Avoid unless you enjoy chasing emails into the void.

Scam! There are out of business but you can still order and pay. The money is gone.

IT’S A SCAM!!! STAY AWAY!!! Placed 2 orders for bracelets and chain w/ pendants ($500+) for my family as gifts, nothing received, customer service apologized after 3 weeks, said they shipped my order, provided fake tracking numbers, promised some gifts for inconvenience, nothing received, had to spent ton of time disputing these charges. I bought from them before 3 Times over the years but right now with all these other reviews the company seems to be having financial problems or going out of business…. Stay away! Stay away! stay away!

I ordered my hubby a bracelet back in 2017 and it was perfect! It lasted years but my hubby's wrist is pretty wide so it broke after almost 6 years passed. I wish I could find all the beads but I couldn't. I plan on purchasing more for my sons when they grow older.

I bought a bracelet from Zorrata, waited for a while, and sent them an email and direct message from their social media page, but I got no response at all. Since when has this business become bad...

This is a scam company. You will never receive your order nor will they ever reply to your emails and chats

This company is fake! Never received my orders, they are fukin criminals. I’m suing the shit out of them as we speak, fukin criminals, STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY OR WHATEVER YOU WANT TO CALL THEM!!!

Huge disappointment! Never received my order a zero response from them. Absolute scam. Stay away from this company!

Unfortunately I also never received the goods iPad for nor did Zoratta ever answered to my many emails

I made an online purchase worth around $220 on 20-06-24 and up till the moment of making this review, there has been no communication from them after the initial notification of purchase.
I have sent mails to them but there has been no response; i know i have been scammed but I'm just putting this out there for other unsuspecting people to not fall a victim as well.
Also, i was going through the email that was sent after i made the order and i noticed that the company address used to send the notification was from a shopify address and that's a scam right there.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE AND COMPANY IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY.

My wife ordered sunglasses for me. Money were paid, but we never received order confirmation. Upon further request and trying to contact customer support via several platforms, our problem has been further ignored. As a result, we lost money and never received the order.

They make it difficult to return items. Asking you to ship to canada the return so you have to pay $50 for shipping and you end up not returning it.

F.... SCAM, avoid for all cost. Dont order anything from them.

I would hesitate before ordering from them. I ordered a bracelet for my son and they had said on my receipt it ships in 2-8 days and they will email me when it’s shipped. I have not heard a word from the about my order. Contacted them through their website twice yesterday and have heard Nothing back. Sent an email this morning to the email address which is on their website. No reply back. There is no contact phone number, I should have picked up on that before ordering. Save your money and do not buy anything from them. Calling my credit card company now.
