Purchased my Snark tuner at Zorro Sounds, and got a great price for it. However, besides being notified that my PayPal payment went through, I didn't receive any kind of notification as to when the item would arrive or any kind of status. It would have been more assuring to have been kept informed. Regardless, I would purchase from them again, though.

Only thing to pay attention to, is if you are using Gmail, the e mails from their customer service/support may be sent to your spam for some reason.

The so called new headphone is opened and used. Even the replacement after that is also halfly opened. Cannot believe this can happen in Ebay purchase.
