FAKE REVIEWS
Luqman is a liar and utmost rubbish installer with no sense of work. He will keep changing installation dates and will give you some stupid excuses.
I believe most of his reviews are FAKE. He asked me to give him a good review even before starting the job and asked if my other family members can give him good reviews as well.
Has anyone noticed most of his good reviews are the reviewers very first review, which speaks of itself that WE ARE FAKE REVIEWS
His FENSA membership was canceled due to his rubbish work if you don't believe me ask him if he is a FENSA member and you will find out yourself.
I have paid him in full, my biggest mistake, all 6 windows he installed are not level and square and he has left work unfinished and faulty and has never returned or answered my calls ever since, not even replying to my emails.
I assure you can do this job better than him after watching a couple of youtube videos, he is that bad. After all this, if you still want to trust him then go ahead and burn your money but make sure first you get a copy of the
1-contract of service,
2- his liability insurance,
3- written warranty for parts & labour and after-sales service,
4- his professional body ID
5- and make sure to visit his last 2 jobs and speak to house owners.
I bet he will say I don't want to do your job.

Right so, I made absolutely no claim, no statements, absolutely nothing about FENSA. If you had uploaded the photo of the invoice, it’d be absolutely clear, that you did not request any FENSA insurance. There is no document, or messages between this customer and me regarding FENSA insurance. It only after the job, after I had been paid the normal, non-FENSA price, that you asked me for FENSA. After the job had been complete! I told you that I wasn’t with FENSA, and that I had never claimed to be.

Got some locks fixed 2 years ago and used his service again a few weeks ago to replace our old double glazed windows. Great price and finishing with no issues at all. Also went above and beyond to fix other issues. Thank you

Great after sales service
Great after sales service, which prompted me to do the rating.
In my experience most of the reviews are the sale point which in most cases will have positive review but for me the winner is who continues to provide Best after sales service. That's where Z S Double Glazing has won!!!
