One of the worst WiFi experience ever . Wouldn’t recommend to any soul. Paid last month for two months and got to use the WiFi one week afterwards. Zero customer service zero knowledge regarding their services.

Zuku is absolutely the worst company I’ve had to deal with. My internet connection is down almost every week and they promise it won’t happen again but low and behold…
The problem is they say they will come in an hours time and keep you hanging around then show up sometimes 2 days late instead of being truthful and letting you know the real issue. Their customer service is appalling and since they can’t answer you they cut you off. They say be patient constantly but are they patient with your payment??? We have paid 6 months in advance! Bad bad service. Pay extra but don’t be with ZUKU.

Worst customer service ever, the customer service team is so rude, I have to call them every month to share an invoice for payments, this is the worst service provider. Would never recommend them. There's a Simon and a Dennis, the worst of them all, Not empathetic, they disconnect calls, What an experience.

Zuku Home Fibre - 10 Thumbs Down
Pathetic doesn't even begin to describe the Wi-Fi service from Zuku. Half the time there is no connectivity and the other half you'll be operating on 0.8 Mbps even on a 20 Mbps subscription. Customer care will never pick your calls but will be very quick to remind you of due payment 3 weeks before expiry and every week after that. Engage at your own risk

Zuku should have a policy of reimbursing money . I paid for a package under the idea that the account will be suspendable for the two weeks im not around. I called them and the agent confirmed the same to me. After paying they say they can only suspend for a month plus. Quite inconveniencing if you ask me. They should be clear with the terms even before payment.

This is the worst service i have ever experienced , for one week now i have the same problem no wife connection ,i am on the phone with them 10 times probably more a day to resolve the issue every time it’s a different story ,and we will call you back that never happens, safe to say i will cancel everything and move to a new service provider

The company and the worker's sucks...poor services- luck of Tools ending up spoiling the Walls with nails and bad cable/wiring Installation leaving the place looking so ugly..and at the end the internet fails to work as it should. When you call them they keep saying they are going to send someone to help but no one will show up...Bad experience ever.

The worst company l have ever come across, when it comes to signing new clients they are very prompt,they even call you back to make sure you have paid and once payment has been received … you will call for ever and get the same answer we apologize,but I have escalated the issue and someone will call you in 15 mins … trust me I have been waiting for days now and I haven’t received any call at all, I have been calling customer care and I get the same crap over and over… please dont sign up with this scam of a company

Worst company ever.!!! Two days no Internet when I call they say there's nothing they can do..its ridiculous and frustrating!!!!!!! This is what they tell me "I'll get there when I get there!"
So quick to call when they need to be paid but they do absolutely nothing when you need Internet.worst of them all I do not recommend this!!!!

Unacceptable!! Like seriously do I have to download netflix content to be able to stream?? Let alone be able to do school work?? I have to buy Safaricom bundles when there's WiFi paid and It only gets worse when it's raining by the way. Biggest scam artists ever.
Don’t Buy Zuku It Sucks!
Zuku sucks. The internet is constantly dropping, and it is completely unreliable, you cannot do zoom or teams calls because it is too unstable and using it for streaming is constantly buffering so you cannot enjoy movies or shows. Zuku sucks balls, don’t buy it. If Safaricom has 5G cellular get that, if there is another cable and internet provider, choose them.

Disappointed Loyal Customer
Tbh I am a disappointed loyal customer now for over 8 years. I have called their customer care and every agent I spoke to gave me a cock and bull story to get me off the phone. They even sent their technician on the ground to confirm what I was saying only for me to call the next day and say it's an area issue yet my neighbor has wifi. No they are on the ground,"where on the ground zuku????" it's a problem outside my house. I have been on data and still paying for wifi. Worst services ever. If you can get a different service provider please go. One even lied they would call me back only not to. Now is it fair I am using data to work and stream for the kids and paying for zuku and now calling every few hours for a cocktail of tales and so many apologies which are not helpful. FYI this has been a 3 day issue.
