Disappointed Loyal Customer
Tbh I am a disappointed loyal customer now for over 8 years. I have called their customer care and every agent I spoke to gave me a cock and bull story to get me off the phone. They even sent their technician on the ground to confirm what I was saying only for me to call the next day and say it's an area issue yet my neighbor has wifi. No they are on the ground,"where on the ground zuku????" it's a problem outside my house. I have been on data and still paying for wifi. Worst services ever. If you can get a different service provider please go. One even lied they would call me back only not to. Now is it fair I am using data to work and stream for the kids and paying for zuku and now calling every few hours for a cocktail of tales and so many apologies which are not helpful. FYI this has been a 3 day issue.

I have used this for 3 years and the internet connection has been super unstable.
Every time I called the support you get the normal text book answer "We are experincing technical issues in your area" it will be fine.
The time I called to terminate the service the lady informed me that I will get an upgrade from 60mbps to 100 mbps for the same cost as 60mbps.
Guess what! the speed remained at around 30mbps and never not once changed. I called again after around 5 months to terminate the service and switch providers. The person told me it would be terminated at the end of the month as per my paid billing period. They never terminated it!!!! I called again only to find out that I was supposed to write to them giving them a 1 month notice period of termination. I have just written to them to have this terminated.

I wish I bought a drink and enjoy myself than paying for this pathetic service which has turned to be a nightmare for. I cannot imagine that I have to buy Safaricom bundles while I have paid for Wi-Fi. You pay for 10mbps only to get 300kbs! As if that is not enough, the slower than turtle internet is never available as it keeps disconnecting. Their clueless customer care agents will keep telling you that they are going to monitor the issue and nothing gets better thereafter. Spare your hard earned money and look elsewhere. This is a scam of a company. Ruuuuuun!

I've had an absolutely nightmarish experience with Zuku Fiber, and I feel compelled to share my story as a cautionary tale for others. My encounter with this company has been marred by a series of deeply concerning issues that highlight their lack of professionalism, respect for customers, and commitment to ethical conduct.
Firstly, my personal documents were accessed without my consent, leading to the unauthorized opening of accounts under my name, email, and phone number. This blatant disregard for privacy is nothing short of identity theft, and it has left me feeling insecure and violated. I shudder to think of the potential consequences of such negligence with sensitive personal information.
Secondly, a promised refund has turned into an ongoing saga of disappointment and frustration. Despite being initially assured of a resolution within 14 business days, it's been nearly two months of waiting and countless inquiries without any concrete resolution. Each time I've reached out, the company's response has been evasive, offering nothing more than further delays and vague promises.
Lastly, the behavior of some of their agents is deplorable. One agent went so far as to make disrespectful and abusive comments, suggesting that I was deaf because I struggled to understand her explanation. Such conduct is utterly unacceptable and indicative of a company culture that lacks respect for its customers.
My experience with Zuku Fiber has left me with a strong sense of distrust and disappointment. I implore anyone considering their services to think twice and carefully weigh the potential consequences. It is my hope that this review serves as a warning and encourages the company to seriously reevaluate its practices, its treatment of customers, and its overall commitment to accountability and professionalism.
Please, avoid this company at all costs. Your personal security and peace of mind are worth far more than any service they offer.

Zuku wifi company is a scam you get a quarter of what you pay. Do not I repeat don't waste your time and money on them. Sometimes they just cut you off for no reason especially after you have made payment. Somebody needs to sue this company. I recommend Safaricom ten times. Blshit ZUKU stupid organisation.
No internet daily in the night
Why do you 'cut' the internet in the night! I work a remote job in another country and always have to switch to my Safaricom data on the phone in the middle of zoom meetings. Terrible slow internet in the Kenyan day time too! Looks like a scam.

If you’re considering joining this network, I strongly recommend thoroughly reading the reviews from everyone else here. Everything that I wanted to say has been said to the dot. If Zuku was a school, it’d be the worst performing school in the East African region. The customer service is very available because they know their network is rubbish. It’s only good for streaming Netflix and YouTube videos.

Today when my router was outed and I wasnt able to receive internet services for which I have prepaid, i spoke to 4 people always asking me to wait, have patience while they check, all the time wasting my own credit to call them, Zuku do not know the meaning of customer relations and how to keep their customers, its a shame they are the only viable company around, there should be others, so the more competition, the better we will be informed, the last girl i spoke to for nearly 10 minutes, kept apologising but would not call me back...such a nightmare so stressful

Zuku fiber can't stay connected. Disconnected most of the time. Zuku provides a router that has to be reset all the time. Customer service is nonexistent. Can get through on calls, whatsapp or FB. Their website is useless. Can't submit a ticket and it never updated.

The internet connection is always dropping or you get very slow speed. When there's an issue with no internet their lines are down when the internet comes back their lines are up only then they apologize to you for the inconvenience instead of them informing you there's an issue instead of wasting your time trying to contact the.
