Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Been following up on the same issue for a whole ten days, ten days? Is it even legal. Zuku your customer service is the most frustrating thing in the whole universe
Don't get Zuku....hopeless speeds...and even worse customer service!
This is my first month with Zuku Broadband. I subscribed to 60mbps speeds but have not received these speeds for the bulk of the first month. Speeds for the past two weeks have been between 1-6mbps download and upload speeds have been even slower. As a consequence, I haven't been able to do any office work with the Zuku Broadband, nor watch any Netflix movies nor YouTube content! The Zuku telephone lines are hardly ever working (all of the advertised lines). When I do get through, the customer service team has dropped my call every single time! What a shame! Absolutely disgraceful service....I'm moving to a new service provider asap.

my internet speeds are fine and stuff the main issue is the gaming bit where it says its 60 ping but then 20 seconds into the game BOOM 50% packet loss no matter no many times you reset your router or even contact them no reply or nothing so you are just stuck with the packet loss and there is nothing you can do about it

This WIFI is the worst these people say they fix it everytime I call them and say so confidently not mentioning bad services and the amount paid is a lot so we don't get what we deserve enough is enough!!!! It goes down every night at the same time and it's so unfortunate.

Bad Customer Service.....I would give it no star if that would be possible. My internet is off since 2 days and there is no assistance offered !
Been told I get a call, that never happened, been told "give us a minute" well it has been 2 days now.
Customer Care numbers are not in service, Email no response, WhatsApp only promises and late responses if any.
The Self-help section of the website is not functional either !

The internet is either slow or unavailable. You're safer subscribing to bundle service from your mobile data supplier. Zuku isn't worth the money , service has gone down.

Tbh, zuku is slow, you pay for 10mbps, you get 2mbps. And weekly,there are hours or even a whole day when zuku will not be working at all.

Zuku is the overall best internet service provider in Kenya. That, however, is not because of its own merits, but because its competitors are too far behind. The connectivity is fairly reliable, except for the few days in a month when you can barely stream Netflix on it. It is affordable, compared to the exorbitant alternatives. It comes with a TV package with useful and somewhat entertaining channels.
If only they improved on the responsiveness of their Customer Care team, especially off-peak hours.
Zuku's competition is so poor that it comes out on top.
