No cosigner required (at least for me), and the interest rate beats competitors who requires a cosigner.
The loan process was simple and straight forward. Mailed and uploaded documents were process quickly. Interest rate was better than competitors who require cosigner.

my loan was transferred to this lender…
my loan was transferred to this lender and over the year it has gone from a 2.7% interest to a 7.2% when the loan should have been a fixed-interest loan from the other lender.

My school when certifying my medical education loan accidently submitted a 0. This reverted my loan back to incomplete. When I called iHelp I got immediate and helpful assistance. Customer service is great and easy to work with.

Excellent account manager, awful loan terms
My account manager is very helpful & honest! She is exceptional for her role. However, the loan I received was modified without my knowledge when it was sold to Zuntafi & now I have to pay over a 10% interest rate that I can't afford. I am basically stuck accruing debt, with my Principal balance growing, until I come up with a new plan. It is really unfortunate.
