Only a handful of country code…

Only a handful of country code telephone numbers are accepted to register. I ultimately managed to get it through via support from a friendly customer assistant, however I have been told that the technician can only call Belgian numbers... this in spite of my number being a EU one and therefore having no extra cost for the company.

Mixed feelings :)

After a second attempt at finding the apartment (with the first attempt being a really superficial one after which the engineer just left) it is apparent the cables I have in my appartment are not suitable for the service. I have waited a long time for this so it is really dissapointing. Now I am waiting for my money to be returned and I hope that happens soon as a week has passed already without that coming through.
All in all not such a great experience with Zuny. Will not recommend the service to other people. Although the price is a quite good one, the installation services should be quicker. Online whatsapp support was great though.

The appointment took place and placer…

The appointment took place and placer did not want to link the connection of VOO of our below neighbour to us. Therefore we chose a competitor firm.

good

easy, online, cs is proactive.

Not enjoyed though how the technician tried to cancel the appointment just because he couldn’t find a parking spot. I went downstairs to help him and eventually he came.

Lost net

Only three days after installation, we have no network at all. The net is lost, so it returns. The speed is fine, but not a complete interruption of the network signal.

The modem has a bug that detects…

The modem has a bug that detects firewall events that don't actually happen and it makes the connection fall each time. I contacted support but they seemed to have zero interest in helping me.
Occasionally the connection falls without any evident explanation or gets slow while I'm working in remote environments.
