My line is not 100mbps in download, it's on average 14 mpbs on download with wifi. and up to 40mbps with ethernet

I had problems with Zuny (no internet
I had problems with Zuny (no internet, not enough information). When you cancel your contract you have to wait one day before you can send the router back, has to be from Belgium, not really practical when you want to move to a foreign country.

Good experience with Zuny so far
The technician came on time, installed the new router, made all the necessary tests and everything took place without problems. So I am satisfied in this respect. On the other hand, the cancellation of my previous subscription, which should happen automatically via the "Easyswitch" system, didn't work and I had to call my previous provider and do it over the phone. This may not be Zuny's fault (by the way they are nice and responsive in the chat), but still...
As for the quality of the connection, I am satisfied so far.
What else? I think the website should include a section with "news" to inform in real time customers in case of network problems.
