Zuny is cheap
I used Zuny as in my apartment only the VOO service was available. I found it very cheap compared to other service in Belgium, and the VOO line is fast.

The technician indicates that you had to redo your overhead-underground connection. This is not a service offered by ZUNY. Installation was therefore not possible 😕

Its difficult to reach ur customercare..no proper channel. They r not always avaialble over messenger. Communication mails sent to me are not informative and they r in french not english..lot of improvements required

It isn't difficult to reach us, you can do so via Messenger or WhatsApp.
We are always available (from 8h30 to 22h), you actually got an answer within 5 minutes when you contacted us.
As explained, our offer has been developed for Wallonia and some municipalities in Brussels, our website is in French and so are our communications.
Our customer service can (and do) answer in English if needed but you'll need to translate our website if you want it in English too.
