For modern furniture

For modern furniture, I think they have a very good value. Products are good and SOME are packaged well for shipment. There are sales and discounts available fairly regularly. Their products are unique and high style. Their customer service is excellent!

I jinxed it! The day I posted this review I received my 3rd order. The box was falling apart. It was not the chair's custom back, just 2 big boxes poorly taped together. The contents: a used chair thrown into the box with packing materials just tossed in the box, not protecting the chair. It is so bad, nothing like previous experiences.

Update number 2: they sent a replacement chair. This one was packaged properly but one of the three pieces that the company put in the box was dirty, torn, and yet they shipped it. The gift that keeps on giving... I'm now trying to get that piece replaced. Needless to say I reduced this to one star from the original five.
