Shockingly bad customer service

Ordered knives as a Xmas gift
Knives never arrived DPD advised address was wrong
When I phoned zwiling customer service they really didn’t care no effort to help or come to a resolution worst customer service I’ve ever seen I will never use this company again

From the information we have, the order was placed on 18 Dec and shipped on 19 Dec. It was out for delivery with DPD on 20 Dec, and DPD report that they sent the text and email notification of the delivery but were unable to deliver, so they left a card.

The package was then out for re-delivery on the morning of 21 Dec and a text message and email sent but it seems this driver was unable to locate the premises.

DPD report that the package was out for delivery again later that same day (21 Dec), a text message and email sent, and a card left when they were unable to deliver.

We can see that the address on your order was the same as the address on the package.

If you could please let us know when you called and any further details from that call we can look into that and come back to you.

We're sorry that the parcel did not arrive with you. We are of course happy to re-deliver or refund your payment - please do let us know which you would prefer.

Stick with Wusthof!

Stick with Wusthof!

Recently purchased a set of pro knives, the product is OK but for the price I would recommend alternative brands which offer greater performance and much better customer service. Many of the products found online can be sourced much cheaper elsewhere such as at homesense so I would recommend shopping around if this is the brand you would like. Just be warned that there is very little to no support from ZWILLING in terms of after sales if a problem does arise.

Unresolved Order Issues and Lack of Communication with ZWILLING

I am compelled to leave this review as a last resort, having noticed ZWILLING's customer service responding to customers here. My experience, unfortunately, has been far from satisfactory. I placed an order worth £676.65 for kitchen appliances on the 27th of November, and to date, I have not received my items.

Efforts to reach out to ZWILLING have been unfruitful, as my emails remain unanswered. The DPD tracking link I received strangely redirects to FedEx's website, and upon contacting DPD, they informed me that they haven't received any package from ZWILLING.

This lack of communication and the unresolved delivery of my order is extremely disappointing. I am left in a state of confusion and frustration. I hope this review will prompt ZWILLING to address their logistical and customer service issues urgently.

poor customer service
poor customer service.
They simply do not care when mistakes are made on their end and make no effort to correct it.

After they sent out the wrong item, they told me i had to cover the return cost ( which would not later be refunded) for a very big and heavy package.

Disgusting

Late to the Party

I was late to the 'air-fryer' party but when I finally arrived so glad I did! I love this product - it is easy to use, easy to clean and not an eye-sore in my kitchen (some models are just too big). Youngest son has moved out and a Zwilling air-fryer is on his Christmas list. The service I received from Tracey was exceptional - ordered one day, delivered the next. TOtally recommend to friends!

Stainless frying pan a complete disaster

It was a complete disaster, it absolutely ruined my cooking experience and food. I followed the recommended guidelines, used various amount if oil and maintaining a moderate flame, but it made no difference, the food sticking to the pan was persistent and extremely frustrating. I understand that the pan is non a non stick, but the food clung to the pan and made half of the food burnt and other uncooked.
Even more disappointing was the customer support who accused me of overheating the pan, which was definitely not the case. The product description clearly states that it has a 300° heat resistance and it was well within those limits.
I would strongly advise against purchasing this pan as it is likely lead to frustration, wasted food and unhelpful customer service.

I purchased the fresh & save vacuum…

I purchased the fresh & save vacuum containers & bags. I meal prep & the glass gets & keeps cold in the fridge & food does seem to last longer without spoiling. However I cannot use the app to alert me if food is due to spoil so cannot say for sure if food really does last 5 times longer as I’ve used the food before then.
I have registered but it doesn’t recognise my details until I try to re register & then it states my name is already registered.
I have also invested a lot of money in this system & ordered new items several times & would have expected to be rewarded with the odd freebie but the reward system only works in the USA not in the U.K. Personally I feel if we are buying in the U.K. we should be treated no different. Zwilling should not penalise customers just because we are in the U.K. Both the U.K. & USA website mentions rewards.
Zwilling customer services do email me back but comments have been rather blunt. A seemingly take it or leave it attitude. After several emails & replies the problems haven’t been resolved.
So far the Zwilling system is not so different from my previous IKEA & Pyrex glass system & Im beginning to regret buying it.

For troubleshooting with regard to the app: please attempt to log in with your email address and then tap the forgotten password link. A password reset email will then be sent to you. Please follow the instructions in that email to reset your password. If this does not work, please delete and reinstall the app and attempt to create an account. Alternatively you could attempt to create an account with a different email address.

The rewards programme that you mention relates to ZWILLING USA. This programme does not currently operate in the UK I'm afraid. In the UK we do offer savings when signing up for the email newsletter and various other promotions throughout the year.

The ZWILLING Thermo Vacuum White…

The ZWILLING Thermo Vacuum White Bottle.
I must admit the bottle does keep the coffee hot for a long time but it is NOT DISHWASHER SAFE!!!!
I put it in the dishwasher & the white coated film melts even on the lowest temperature.

Made many purchases and if you got a problem just ask

Had a couple of issues in the past and instantly sorted (items weren't in tip top condition), great company, great products. I'm not a pro chef so can't comment on using an item for 12 hours a day! All I say is don't buy their sheet metal stuff, get the forged stuff, you might need to ask them to know.

I bought a block set and now after 6 years I am now devoid of 2 as they broke! I am a professional chef and not happy. I’ve read the reviews and the customer service is so bad I cannot be bothered to get into that at all! Shame on your products!!!! they are crap!!! I am buying Japanese now

Fantastic Customer Service

Fantastic Customer Service. We had a warranty issue with a set of 15yr old knife block set.Spoke with customer services in UK and our experience from start to finish was professional and super efficient. Reccomedations for other items was conveyed with excellent knowledge and experience.
Highly reccomended and have bought and will buy more products from Zwilling without hesitation.
I would like to take this opportunity to say Thank You to all the customer service team in the uk and stand out Thank you to Kat.

Poor Customer Service. Edit:Resolved

Really poor customer service.
Items returned for warranty claim 6 weeks ago.

Email ignored.

Phone call made.

Evidence of delivery provided to company.

More emails ignored.

Not just the USA that gives Zwilling poor reviews.

Edit: Shortly after the 1* review Zwilling contacted me and have resolved the situation.
I will upgrade the score to a 4. It would have been a 5 if it hadn't taken such a long time to resolve.

Delivery time not as promised

Website said 2-3 days delivery. It's now over a week and I still haven't got it. If there are delays, fine, but be honest so that customers can decide if they want to go ahead with the purchase or not.

At the time that you placed your order on the evening of Monday 12 Dec we were working to 2-3 days for delivery, however, following a spike in orders over the preceding weekend there were unfortunately some delays. The shipping information on the website was updated on 14 Dec to reflect this.

Your order left us on Saturday 17 Dec, so later than stated on-site at the time - our apologies for this.

Your parcel was then with DPD at their depot until 20 Dec and is out for delivery today.

Terrible customer service

First time purchase, very very terrible experience!!!
Ordered an knifes block set arrived with handle damage, returned for replacement confirmed with reference number.
Waiting over 15 working days, no update or tracking for the replacement.
Contacted customer service again with no reply now.
It supposed to be a Christmas gift.

Refuse to refund, despite originally saying they would refund

I recently had my first… and last experience ordering from Zwilling UK. I purchased 2 Staub pumpkin bowls, but upon receiving them decided that the quality wasn’t worth the price. I returned both items as per their returns policy, including the returns paperwork available on their website and paid for the tracked return postage. A few weeks after sending them, I realised I hadn’t heard anything from them regarding the return and receiving a refund. I checked the tracking information and could see they had received the item. I called them and they confirmed that they had received the items and a refund would be made. Again, weeks go by and I haven’t received a refund, so I contact them by phone again, this time being asked to email them. I have since had several emails back and forth, where they deny that they ever received the returned items and refuse to refund. They have repeatedly asked for proof of sending the items, but of course I binned my tracking receipt when they originally told me they had received the returned items, as I trusted their word that they would make the refund. Customer Service has been very poor telling me they will check with the warehouse etc and then never updating me. I will not be buying from them again, as I cannot trust, if I have an issue with an order, that they will honour a simple refund.

Got there in the end

I bought a cocotte from Staub in July 2022, after 2 months of use, the pot shows a bit of rust and the customer service agreed to replace the pot under warranty, but at the time, the pot was out of stock and I had to wait over 3 weeks for the replacement to be sent. No problem, received the pot, saw a small indent on the inside of the pot but was guaranteed by customer service that this does not affect use. So I happily washed cleaned the pot to be used later. Two days later, took the pot out, planning to use it, noticed there is already rust on it on various parts of the pot. Emailed customer service again, no reply. I have sent 2 follow up emails and called them (which I had to pay to call as it is a 0845 number) and still no reply. I sent the email 9 days ago and they said they aim to reply within 3 working days and previous communications have been prompt

I have called and managed to speak with customer service who apologised for the delay in getting back to me, as it was due to the person handling my claim being off work. They assured me that I am covered under warranty. Unfortunately, the item is no longer in stock and therefore, a refund has been offered upon the return of the product and I promptly placed an order for another pot in a different colour.

DON'T PURCHASE the ELECTRIC PRO KETTLE

I purchased the Electric Pro Kettle and I have that the "filter" in fact does not filter at all. In fact the "filter" does not even reach the spout! Also, the holes are far too large, around 2mm diam. by eye, to stop much of the fur from hard water.
Having sent photos to Customer services I am told that this is normal and correct, as the filter pushes forward against the spout!! No it doesn't. Obviously the large holes also remain large. Advice, "to descale more often". What nonsense from a company whom I have used for years. A poor and functionless design. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Excellent customer service

I purchased a block of knives several years ago from York Outlet. Sadly, the handles on two of the knives had started to crack. I had only ever hand-washed them. As such, I wrote to ask if there was anyway I could have the handles replaced (as the blades were still good) or perhaps a discount towards replacing them. I enclosed a photo of my original receipt and pictures of all the knives, including those that had the cracked handles. A couple of days later, I received a really nice letter from Katarina suggesting that I return the damaged knives together with a completed form.
I sent the knives back via proof of delivery and to my delight after a few weeks, they replaced them for me with exactly the same design knives. Thank you so much for a pleasant customer service experience.
