Don't use under any circumstance, PLEASE!

I signed up after a canvasser knocked on my door in late 2022. Unhappy with my current provider charging me for a 400mbps service and providing about 100mbps.

After several months of signing up for Zybres top 1,000mbps full fibre service I can honestly say it has been worse than I could have imagined. I've had a 4 day complete loss of service and my connection is patchy and around 80mbps for full fibre, since my very first call with Zybre I have not been able to speak with anyone there other than the local canvasser who doesn't do what he says (I would guess because there is nothing he can do).

It is not an exaggeration that you can't speak to anyone, several 4 hour calls have gotten no where, I don't believe they're staffed anymore.

Looking for more details on possible contacts I went on Companies House today only to discover a two month striking off notice filed a week ago and late accounts still not filed for their first financial year. There are names for several other broadband sounding businesses associated on there too.

It isn't right that companies can still act like this in 2023 these remind my of the bad old days of double glazing scams from decades ago.

Bad company to deal with.

Bad company to deal with. The company sales lady knocked on my door to sell their broadband services. I moved house before I started with them. I didn't hear from the company or receive a router from them The company charged me for services I have not received. I contacted them, I was asked to send a screenshot as proof of payment. The emails they give you always bounce back. None of the provided emails work.
I would advice not to deal with them at all.

Absolutely shocking company

Absolutely shocking company. No customer service, incompetent replies. Nobody knows what they’re doing if you ever do get to speak to anyone. Broadband outages left right and centre and setting up direct debits for over double the amount that it should be!! This company will be non existent when me and others are finished with them. Do not even attempt to sign up to these useless ……….

Ghost Business

This company took over my ISP, AirBroadband, and for reasons which remain opaque I believe that the entire AirBroadband customer base was shortly thereafter disconnected by their wholesale provider. One can only speculate why. Some customers received notices of the impending disconnection but others, like me, did not, and I simply found myself without Internet and zero support. Fortunately, the wholesale provider stepped-in quite deftly and facilitated the provision of a temporary service through another provider to maintain continuity whilst I considered my options. All attempts to contact Zybre by telephone or email have proved fruitless. They are one of those businesses that simply should not exist and, in the absence of any responses to my various attempts to contact them, for all intents and purposes they do not.

Save yourself the headache

Save yourself the headache, go with someone that gives a damn if your service works.

Don't respond to emails, don't provide the Static IP I'm paying them for, don't respond to issues.

They're not interested in helping anyone, service outages are ridiculious, check their status page and there's what over 9 in 1 month? that's only the half of it.

Avoid like the plague, only sign up your worst enemy to ZYBRE

Awful non existent service from Zybre

We were with Air broadband who were taken over by Zybre. We received a letter from Cityfibre to say we need to change broadband supplier asap as Zybre were being kicked off the Cityfibre line, as they had broken a Code of Conduct.
We then signed up with Vodafone, and while waiting for their engineer to turn up this afternoon ( after taking a day off work ) I have just found out that Cityfibre have cancelled my order on my behalf as we have an ‘open line’. Apparently we need to cancel broadband with Zybre first before changing supplier. Unfortunately you cannot get hold of anyone from Zybre; there is a problem with their phone lines and they are yet to respond to my emails sent 2 weeks ago.
Awful company; do not deal with them.

Like many Air Broadband customers, our fibre service when down on 10th March no way to communicate with ZYBRE. We finally managed to move over to Vodafone on 27th March 2023 so now have internet but for 17 days, we left with no service. Avoid at all costs

Dangerously appalling

Dangerously appalling. I was a customer of Airbroadband and suddenly my email was cut off on Wednesday - after several days of trying to contact them I learn on google they have been bought by Zybre. I have had no contact from them AT all and internet has now been down for 6 days...leaving me at home with a sick baby, no data reception, and no landline to call doctor. Docs can't believe it!! My messages are completely ignored. Now trying to swtich to Gigaclear - but they are also confused and struggling to activate as Zybre have messed things up at their end. I have complained to Ofcom.

No iPlayer or ITVx etc woth Zybre

Yet another problem ZYBRE @zybreuk broadband as they route through USA causing issues eg bbc to default to .com and screws up on demand players. No answer on the phone (goes to answerphone or terminates the call), and no reply to emails.

Absolute rip off

Absolute rip off. They trick you into a contract on the basis they can provide good speed at low cost. Then you are left without internet for days and they tell you there's nothing you can do. Then your download speed isn't what they told you it was going to be. I can't do anything on this internet and I can't afford to cancel so I'm going to be spending the next couple of months having to work at the public library as there internet is better

Avoid at all costs.

1 I signed up with Air broadband not with Zybre, as far as I’m concerned this means the contract is null in void
2. I did not sign up to an email only communications.
3. My internet has been either unstable or completely off since the 10th of March
4. I did not receive a response from Zybre for another 11 days whilst my internet would continue on a daily basis to cause me time money and effort.
5. Any attempts to contact customer support via telephone is met with silent line.
6. My complaint has yet to be acknowledged as an official complaint against the company.
7. I have requested a call back on multiple occasions that have been ignored
8. We are now on the 14th day of service outages with no real guarantee that these outages will not occur again.
9. The customer support is 9-5 Monday to Friday - I have had constant outages outside of those hours and being unable to raise this with anyone
10. They are now wanting early termination fees for a service

Vulnerable people left stranded without internet

My daughter joined Air Broadband on a social tariff the month it was acquired by ZYBRE. The internet was her lifeline after relocating to a new city (Leeds). She woke up one morning to find the line dead... no warning, no letter from CityFibre, which ended its contract with ZYBRE), nor the ISP itself. She spent the next few days trying to contact them to report what she thought was a fault, only to discover (by phoning Vodafone in desperation to find an alternative provider) that they'd been kicked off the network and her line had been terminated. It's appalling that Air Broadband/ZYBRE was all over Google last year promoting a tariff for vulnerable people only to dump them a few months later, causing untold stress and in some cases economic hardship. Ofcom needs to hold these companies to account.

Absolute Garbage

The person who came to my door to sell me the broadband told me they were legally obligated to upgrade me which is a lie, they then said they were Which best broad band for 21 which was a lie and they were also very aggressive which I felt was hard to say no to. It took weeks for them to send the router and I had to chase it up multiple times then the engineer arrived with no notice and before the router arrived so I had to call them again to chase it up. When I finally got the router I had to ring them again to get it connected as they hadn't activated my service.
I have never been given a log in to a customer portal to manage my account and getting hold of someone is painful, I had to wait on hold for over 45 mins each time to get through. This coupled with very slow speeds for the last couple of weeks and now no service for 2 days with no way to get them on the phone and no response to emails. Their service is just abominable.
