Avoid at all costs!!

Avoid at all costs, zero support available, it's impossible to reach anyone in this company.
I was an Air Broadband customer, I ony discovered that Zyber had aquired Air BB when my connection was cut off all weekend. I've had no communication from them at all.
I've no idea what is happeing with my service, I do know that I have no desire to stay with Zyber though. Direct debit has been cancelled and my migration to Octaplus is in progress.

DO NOT GO WITH ZYBRE! A friend of mine worked for zybre and all the CEO does is use his that he earns from his customers and buy cocaine. The worst customer service. All he is interested in is your money!

Terrible service from day 1

Terrible service from day 1. Took them ages to get around to setting us up, should have been the first red flag. Got a letter from CityFibre saying our connection will be ceasing soon but CityFibre are doing everything the can to help. Currently the internet has been down since 12 midday. It is now 3.44pm and still no connection. As Streamers we rely on our internet but it looks like we may have been disconnected. Furious isn’t the word right now. Internet was down yesterday for some time too and a few days before that for a good few hours. Not even going to attempt to call their support line that seemingly is run by unicorns and other mythical creatures.

Do not go with this company at all

Do not go with this company at all. Been with less month and recieved that Cityfibre are no longer dealing with this company and i will lost my internet connection and need to find another provided. Still received a copy of access to my Contract. Trying to contact them as been a pain no answer on phones either doesn't connect, get put on hold and then hang up on or a queue with over hour waiting time but then don't move down the queue, No replies to emails. A disgrace, will cancelling my Direct Debit and moving service esle well.

So bad the network binned them

Do not buy. Looking at the Zyber website they are proud of new partnerships and going nationwide.

They fail to mention they were kicked off the City Fibre network for not fulfilling their obligations and are now unreachable, leaving everyone with no internet.

Do not touch with a ten foot barge pole.

Zybre support not taking calls

No internet access since 10/03/23.
You can try to contact them via their support phone line, however please be aware I was on hold for 4 hours yesterday, I was first in the queue for ~50 minutes before I got cut off.
I believe that these support lines are not accepting any calls, unless they have 1 person on support calls and take 50+ to sort an issue, which is hard to believe with so many customers.
So better to keep your complaints via email so you have evidence and don't waste your time on the phone.

Absolute nightmare to get hold of trying to cancel contract
Spent 2 hours on hold to customer services only to be cut off.

Had notification from City Fibre

Why can Zybre/Air Broadband no longer provide my broadband service?

It has come to our attention that Zybre/Air Broadband is in breach of its contractual obligations to CityFibre and a number of other suppliers. Customers have also raised major concerns regarding the quality of service they received from the company.

So have arranged a new provider

Worst company ever

Worst company ever, alongside Vodafone, cannot get hold of them at all e-mailed attempted phone calls but after 2hrs get cut off, never even asked to be part of their service, gets an e-mail 1 month after saying we been moved to them. All I want I'd the final bill of £75 as I start my new service with BT on the 13/03/2023 I have had. ALL I WANT IS OUT.

Zybre off City Fibre and OFNL network

Waiting for internet from Zybre for over a month now. My Original contract was with Air Broadband who Zybre took over in November 2022, all their staff have been made redundant and the company is or will shortly be going into administration. I received a letter from City Fibre today stating that Zybre would no longer be able to use their network and to look for another ISP as soon as possible, I believe OFNL customers have received a similar letter. Zybre accounts at companies house are a month overdue so staff there have been released as well so all is not well. I would recommend all Zybre customers to find another ISP as soon as possible, their service is unforgivable and has already been reportted to Ofcom

Everything Jonny Robinson and Tim duncombe touches seems to go to pot. Tim has even deleted these jobs on LinkedIn

Guys it’s going bust. Next time, never do business with Directors who don’t pay staff, don’t pay suppliers and rather spend your money on flats and nights out than deliver a service.

Absolutely terrible service

Absolutely terrible service. Received an email 3 days ago saying they had acquired Air Broadband, not to worry and I would not see any changes apart from their name on the bill. Received a letter today from City Fibre stating my service will be terminated and I need to search for a new provider!? Internet went off today at midday and when I tried to call Zyber they are closed... Didn't stop them from taking my monthly payment of £45 before hand though. Absolute joke. A bit of forewarning would have been nice as need a connection to work from home.
Their website shows outage and updates but the only advice they can give is to "turn it off and on again" no locations or any real details. Just seems a huge coincidence City Fibre said this would happen and now there is a "major" fault on the line ....

OFCOM aware of this company's fraudulent activities

My service was disconnected abruptly at 12.30pm today after receiving a written letter from CityFibre stating service will soon cease. Air BB was 'purchased' by Zybre in Nov 2022, the first time I was informed of this by anyone at Air or Zybre was in an email dated 9th March 2023 - yes, less than 24 hours before the service was disconnected. I had need to email Air BB in Feb, no replies. I tried calling a handful of direct lines, all reported as no longer in service. Zybre are uncontactable. Air BB continue to take money out of my account, including March 1st. Run, run for the hills and into the arms of a caring, robust and responsive provider.

Terrible company you can't even…

Terrible company you can't even contact. Apparently they took over my broadband provider who I never had an issue with. I know this from an email on 9th March saying welcome everything is good. The next day I get my internet cut off. You can't even contact these people. They want to charge you hundreds to change provider that might actually give a service. Many of us just get cut off 2-4 hours into a queue to try and talk to someone. They don't reply to anything. Avoid at all cost, absolute prime example of profit first while delivering literally nothing and charging through the nose for it.

Beyond useless. The absolute worst. AVOID!!!!

UPDATE: I paid over £250 pounds to exit my contract early (a massive amount for me). Nearly a week later, despite me emailing constantly (you cannot talk to anyone on the phone still) no receipt, and no confirmation that my account is now closed. Beyond useless. Beyond unprofessional. Starting to feel like I have been scammed now. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

Service cut off today without warning thanks to this appaling company apparently failing to meet the standards acceptable for City Fibre. So I am left without internet, and in a queue waiting to speak to someone about cancelling my contract. Ridiculous. Avoid at all costs! I am making a complaint to Trading Standards and Ofcom.

Rubbish

Rubbish. Took over from Air who we never had a problem with. Connection now is appalling. Currently no service again! Don’t answer phones just cut the lines. Will be leaving! Do not waste your time with Zibre, appalling

Zybre Tech Support does it exist

Zybre has only 1 star ⭐️ and that is too many, customer service is on par with the Loch Ness monster 👿 and Unicorns, everybody has heard them but no one seen them.
My misfortune to get lumbered with Zybre was by of a transfer from Airbroadband when they took them over.
Lost count of how many times I have tried to communicate with, given with, you can only bang your head against brick wall so many times, to all prospective customers of Zybre my experience has been if you get problem move to a different ISP it will quicker than getting Zybre Tech Support

Internet went down 2 hours ago tried to phone but call disconnected. No information on website except to say network issues but no indication as to what areas so I do not know if this is my issue or mine is a new one with no means of reporting.
