Absolute scammers
Absolute scammers. Don't trust them. We agreed to try this service as sales person was too good at his job and we were promised the best service. Nothing was done as promised. Installation team wasn't arriving for several weeks,router didn't come. They are not answering emails. When we called,we were promised to get a call back few times. Empty promises. Nobody rang. They did just first part of installation and that's it.
Then we canceled everything saying we are totally unsatisfied with their service and we got to pay 49 pounds invoice for cancelation fee. But we were told by sales person and operator on phone that everything is free untill the actual contract starts which is after first 2 trial weeks. We didn't even got that far. We got only frustration and -49 pounds from them nothing more. I will call them to get a refund and hope I will get it but that doesn't change the fact that they are scammers

I did not authorize them to make any direct debit and they went to my account to get money. im furious because i have no contract or installation with this company. they came to my door I wasn't at home, they approached my wife very rudely, they made her call me at work and they took advantage of the fact that she didn't speak English well and almost forced her to accept a change of server. I told the guy on the phone that I wasn't interested and even so he got my card details from my wife without me giving authorization for any contract, also because I don't have any services in my house with that company. I am going to report this direct debit as a fraud very seriously and I want the my money back. took £73 from my account without me knowing why and without my authorization. total fraud

Took money out and direct debit set up and haven’t set up nuthing and told them didn’t want install. Scammers and had three people at door made me feel pressured in to giving details new I shouldn’t x such an idiot now 67 pounds down at this time of year great 🤬🤬🤬
Still waiting for installation
So I've been in all day expecting this installation and no one has turned up. This is the second installation date I've been given with no one turning up, I have had no any update or notice about either date being changed.

Absolutely shocking
Absolutely shocking. Currently on my second day taken off work for installation, they haven’t turned up again. 2 dates they chose, 2 no shows. Can’t get through to anyone on the phone, and nobody replying to our emails. Absolutely infuriating! Now been without internet almost 2 weeks. Trying to call (again) at the moment, so far have been on hold 25 minutes, every time I’m told my ‘wait time’ it jumps up by a minute-starting to worry we’re being scammed!

If I could give a negative star rating I would. Spoke to a field sales rep at the door. She gave me info, sounded good, fast etc. My other half wasn’t around, so she then promised a “Call” from someone who would answer all our questions. That was plain deception to get some of our contact data.
They followed up with an unsolicited confirmation for our Order and a Date of Installation. No Q&A call at all.
I spoke to them and they apologised, said they’d cancel the order.
Yesterday I got another confirmation of our Order and another Date of Installation.
Tbh, I now cannot wait for them to turn up.
I feel violated. 😡
Young guy rang the doorbell
Young guy rang the doorbell. Lovely speil about how fast they could get my broadband. He seemed amazed I couldn't quote my exact costs with existing provider. Told me Zybre were partnered with City Fibre. He even checked if my address would get the high speed. He showed me a random Web page proving it! I promptly said I'd check on my computer. City Fibre said not available. His ID was a cheap printed photo of him in a cheap plastic envelope. I politely declined as I wasn't convinced about his tales. All a scam imho

Great speeds. Didn't know it could go this fast for this cheap. Can't belive I stayed with the other company for so many years didn't realise how much I was being over charged. The lad on the door was funny. Didn't trust him at first as it sounded too good to be true. It wasn't.......zybre is so fast on thos new wire

Had it installed a week ago at the doorstep, brill customer service, amazing sales rep and very helpful. Also no issues with speed as of yet! So glad I switched it over!
Placed order early August
Placed order early August - told that it would be a month as required Openreach visit. Day before scheduled OR visit - no router. After chasing was told delayed due to Openreach! 3.5 months on still nothing despite Openreach installing to my neigbours! Customer services now don't even respond to messages! _ Edit - reply from Zybre below says 'they don't belive it' but it is true! I have already sent 2 emails to hi@Zybre, another to their Martin Morris and another to Jonny their CEO - all of which failed to get a response! I have now writen to their company address via snail-mail demanding cancellation and refund! Further Edit: Really not happy with response from from Zybre below - implies that I am not telling the truth! They have attempted to get this review deleted - the fact they can't find my order in their CRM - just shows what a terrible 'system' they have got ! I have sent a pile of evidence to both Trustpilot and Zybre - and still no contact directly from Zybre to me ... Further Edit: Just had a useful phonecall from Zybre - they have refunded my money, appologised and confirmed my order is canceled. I am now happier - just a shame that I somehow 'fell of their system'.

Sales person knocked on our door who was pushy and insistent on coming in to the house to see our broadband set up or to sign us up to a 12 month contract and politely declined. Asked if he could speak with my partner who was working - I said no. He suggested to drop by in another hour when he was free. I said no again. They made me feel very uncomfortable and awkward, I wish I had been less polite and just closed the door straight away after saying 'no' the first time.

I’ve been with Zybre for the past month and I can honestly say it was the best decision I’ve ever made. The salesperson was comforting and very polite and everything he told me about the broadband was nothing but the truth and I could stand by it.

Been reading the reviews on here on here since I signed up to a lovely young lady at my sisters door in Coventry today. I am personally from Birmingham but she thoroughly explained and checked if I was eligible so both me and my brother signed up for zybre. She came from Leeds for the week and she truly was a delight. Brilliant customer service and a wonderful sales rep!
Agressive and intimidating cold calling
Just had a couple reps cold call the doorstep, purportedly to do a internet speed test. Told em "no thanks", and shut the door. Then heard strong swearing in my direction. Went back out to try and obtain the ID from individual who proceeded to hide ID and threaten me and my property. Extremely unpleasant, I wouldn't advise even opening the door to this company. Police informed.
