My sister bought myself and my partner two of your pillows, she also bought two other pillows, these were given to us for Xmas, after taking them out of their packaging, and waiting over a week, it is now nearly 3 months, and they still remain uninflated, and after a claim having been put in with promises NUMEROUS, that the new pillows WOULD INFLATE TO CORRECT SIZE and not stay flat as a pancake, WE STILL DO NOT HAVE THE NEW PILLOWS after many, many emails regarding this, and conversations had about this issue, i would NEVER EVER buy a pillow from you guys, and i would like to warn everyone to NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY the pillows do NOT inflate, and getting your money back, or replacement for same, is now nearly 3 months into waiting for it DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

When I contacted them they bounced me around then finally advised they would replace after contacting Trust Pilot. However, still they have not replaced and constantly say we are working on it now 6 weeks in and still nothing. They called and then offered a further discount for my delays but in the past 10 days i've sent numerous emails and NOTHING from them. This is a SCAM company clearly and not reputable at all.
Zymme have sent a response but here we go again on another merry go round. Why don't they just fix this disaster and make good of faulty products???

Pillows didn't inflate...... I brought them for friends 1 in Sydney 1 in Melbourne so 4 pillows in total same issue as others got scammed actually order Delila pillows and then these rocked up go figure....... They would not do anything then. Once i gifted they didn't inflate they are giving me the run around. first they wanted pictures which I sent now they want a picture of the 4 pillows together seriously now i have to get them back from Sydney and do all 4 pillows......... It is a SCAM I'd steer clear and i can only hope they do the right thing and replace the pillows or give back my money so fingers crossed watch this space...... My review might change if they action correctly coupled with if the friends love the pillows but for now wasting my time and totally embarrassed when you think you are gifting something special and it ends up a nightmare

So i got a response asking me to contact them but it lead to nothing on the link.
I then sent email with photos again and still nothing seriously what is wrong with this company
just sort out this issue and replace the pillows not a big ask when you have taken my money.

At this point I wouldn’t even give a one star however I had to in order to add text to the dialogue box. I am currently being charged for 4 pillows when I ordered 1. They offered me additional products to keep the order for 4. I don’t want or need 4 pillows! They told me that they couldn’t modify my order even though I contacted them within 1hour of placing my order. When I contacted them they made it seem like it was my error but after reading the reviews I see that this scam is common practice for them. The link I was provided for their return policy takes me directly to advertisements for their company. Extremely frustrating and disappointing!!!

We ordered 2 Pillows and when paid it showed they added 2 Items. I thought everything's all right when they contacted my wife (who bought the items) to tell her they told me its no problem to erase those two additional items. The same day I got an Email with an offer, that if I take the extra items I get some Detox and Cooking Book for free. Should have read the reviews earlier and avoided a lot of anger. I suspect some kind of scheme here when I compare the reviews. Hope this will help as it did with some of the other users

Ugh I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing! I like many others tried to order 1 pillow and got 4 instead. Immediately contacted company and was told already shipped - BS! Wait for order to arrive and return hassle free they said. Contacted company for a refund after they arrived as they have a “hassle free” return policy. Items have to be unopened and unused which mine were but that means you can’t try them and return. My return shipping label has to go to Germany so probably going to cost more than I paid for the pillows. Will be reporting to BBB as well! What a scam!

By the way I like the pillow, however overall experience unfortunately is for 3 stars.
Scam company. Don’t buy anything from them. I’ve ordered 1 pillow, but was charged for 4. I thought it was my mistake. I called to support them and Ryan told me he modified my order. But the next day I received an email saying they couldn’t modify the order. And now it appears that return address is Germany. Obviously cost of return is more than cost of those pillows. Terrible experience. I wish I called my bank instead their support that day however, I’ll open a dispute and ask my bank to refund me my money, because it’s a scam.

How can you tell you like the pillow and how it feels if you don’t open and try it out. Buyers be aware!!
Zymme reached out to me in an email, (07/30/24)granting my request for a refund of the pillows I had purchased. Thank You Customer Care for making this right!!

Like others, I ordered 1 pillow. When the invoice appeared a few hours later, it showed I had ordered 4 pillows and charged me for them. I sent multiple emails and 2 weeks later finally spoke to a real person. No satisfaction at all. They offered me 70% off the pillows. I don't want the pillows and will not pay to return them. Yesterday they said a Supervisor could call me back, which never happened. Today I am contacting my credit card company.

After I posted this review Zymme contacted me within hours. They have refunded the amount, and told me to keep the pillows! Thank you to Zymme and Trust Pilot! I appreciate your help and prompt response!

I ordered 1 pillow and when I looked at my statement it said that I ordered two pillows. I sent messages to customer service right away asking to cancel the order and they said that they are very sorry and they will adjust it. They credited me for one pillow and I messaged them again that I want to cancel the entire order and Was still charged for one pillow and did not receive a pillow at all. They are a terrible scam company.

Just ordered this pillow and only ordered1! Just looked at my email and it said that I ordered 2. This company is a scam! I should have coke to trust pilot before making this mistake! I have sent them an email and expect to be refunded.
Zymme got back to me fast and have refunded my money. They are also sending me a gift. I would give them 4 stars now! Their customer service was excellent!
