I never ordered these pillows

I never ordered these pillows. I did make the mistake of ordering a pillow from Derila. When I looked into Zymme I noticed that they have the exact same return address in Lithuania! I have not even opened the plastic it was shipped in. I contacted customer service. They gave me a return address in Lithuania and I had to pay the postage. USPS was greater than $90.00 USD! I have emailed the company on 04/24/2024 and I received and automated reply that they are dealing with a high volume of inquires and they will reply as fast as possible. On 05/02/2024 a generic email with return instructions was sent to me. I am outraged that this company sent me items that I did not order and charged my PayPal account, the same account I ordered the Derila pillow on!. This is a true scam!

After many attempts to contact this company they did send me a full refund. I am still waiting for Joan T. From Derila to send my refund from their company!
**On May 13th I did receive a full refund to PayPal. Along with an email with a scripted apology and please keep the pillows. I am happy to have received the refund but it is too bad that this order was processed in the first place! Beware!
Again I would say purchase with caution. If you have any issues, getting a refund is a long process. As I have heard from other buyers, I was told to keep the merchandise

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company! Wanting to purchase one pillow got charged for four immediately after entering credit card number. Now I want to return those very small pillows and they need to be sent to Lithuania!!! I should have read the reviews before making this horrible mistake. No help from the company

I wish I could give 0 stars

I wish I could give 0 stars. They say they have a 30 day return policy. But if you open the pillow and use it - you can't return it. You can only return it if it is unopened and unused. I got signficant pain from using this pillow, it did nothing that was promised in advertisements. It made my pain much worse. I only used it two nights and then I could not return. Do not buy this scam.

Update - the company refunded my money in response to this review

This pillow actually relieves neck…

This pillow actually relieves neck pain. I have had a broken neck and 2 neck surgeries and it really does work. Idk how but it does. I do wish they would make a bigger pillow tho.

Wake Up Pain Free!

I had purchased more pillows than I can count over the years trying to find the perfect one to help my neck pain. None seemed to do the trick until I found the Zymme pillow. From the first night, I was hooked and knew this one was different. It had the great support my neck needed and was looking for. The cooling pillowcase is an excellent addition to keep me from overheating at night. Thank you Zymme!

Return would cost 8 times what one pillow cost!

I ordered one pillow and after I checked out I noticed it had FOUR pillows listed that I paid for! Tried to cancel order-they said can't-Tried to return-A nightmare to even get info on how to return, then to return have to mail and pay the postage to LITHUANIA!! Over $200!
Ridiculous! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

This Company is a TOTAL SCAM!!!

This Company is a TOTAL SCAM!!!! Originally ordered 1 pillow, showed up that I ordered 4. Contacted immediatly and was told to late to change order. Took 2 1/2 weeks to get the wrong order. Pillow is awful.. Trying to return and Have to pay return shipping to Lithuania!!!!! Never again.

After review on Trust pilot Zymme responded to send the package to a place in Lithuania- about $200
To return to where it was shipped from
Vernon, Ca. UPS ground $58
USPS- $160+. But that was not given as an option!
This company is totally fraudulent!! It should be shutdown!!

Has strange odor

I ordered this pillow, thinking it would be a bit softer than it was. It came compressed as most things made of memory foam due into a small package. I let it air out, follow the directions, and now it’s at its full size. But it has the strange odor. And it’s not as soft as the ad made it look when the woman was squeezing it. So I wanted to return it. When I went to the return page, they asked me to return it in the original packaging. Well, that’s ridiculous and impossible since it was compressed when I got into a small plastic bag. And I should pay to send it back. Now there was a nice little American flag in the corner of this page, but this came from China. if I wanna return it, I have to pay the return shipping to China? Definitely a no go for me and they’re not cheap. It’s not like it was a $10 pillow that you figure OK. I should’ve known better than to order from a company I should’ve just gone to Amazon and then I could’ve returned it free

I love this pillow

I love this pillow! Having chronic neck pain and arthritis has lead to many nights of poor sleep and stiff/crooked neck with headaches in the morning. I'm a side sleeper, so the height of the pillow is very important, too. I loved it the very first night and still love it after two weeks.

NOT GREAT

UPDATE: I recieved my pillow, finally and its junk. Small, flat and NOT as described. I dont recommend it. JMO...............I've been waiting forever fir my pillow with no updates on shipping. When I ordered it said made in CT, USA. But the shipping now says Hong Kong. So hopefully I'll eventually get the pillow.

IMPORTANT INFO: WHERE ANY PRODUCT IS MADE.

Finally found mention of WHO MADE THE STUFF.
Judging a product by the reputation of the place where it is made is a wise thing. HOWEVER, this is becoming less and less reliable, as they are taking over space in nations around the planet and spreading their practice of deceit - ie. Tofu construction, road material, poisoned baby products...........

Scammers

Scammers, they do not contact and ignore me. I ordered one pillow, they sent me a tracking number, I've been waiting for more than 20 days. In fact, this tracking number does not exist on real DHL sites (they supposedly send it by this service), they are not going to return the money, and they do not respond to my messages. They don't answer the phone either. Unfortunately I can't attach the tracking number here. Order number #k26bvgy

If you buy it you’re stuck with it!

I found the Zymme pillow too firm for my comfort. Upon trying to return, the post office was going to charge me over 4 times the cost of the pillow! The return address is Lithuania! Zymme will not refund your $50 unless you return the pillow with a tracking number, so if you live in the U. S. forget returning it!!

Quality issue - customer experience (Updated)

The product is shipped directly from China with no quality control at all. In my case the pillow was faulty but note - If you then try to return it, you have to pay the return postage and you may lose out significantly (return postage not covered, even if the product is faulty according to T&Cs). I strongly advice to shop and buy a memory foam pillow elsewhere, there is plenty of choice on the market

To be fair the company has contacted me about this issue following the Trustpilot review above. They took on board my feedback and are investigating my experience to improve their product quality and customer experience. They have refunded me according to their T&Cs (i.e postage and product costs, but not my return postage costs - they have offered me a "gift" as compensation).

The pillow is brilliant

The pillow is brilliant - while I cannot say that it has cured my next issues, it is very comfortable and enables me to have a good night's sleep without having to wake and rearrange my pillows in the middle of the night. It remains cool (I had heard that memory foam can be quite hot) and although slightly smaller than my other pillows, it is not a problem (at least it fits easily into my existing pillowcases), The only reason I haven't given it a 5* is that there were problems with delivery but that is more the courier's fault than the pillow company.
