Bad service

I will only give one star because I have to, I tried to change my pickup time to the airport In Naples and was told I couldn’t.

The taxi driver then contacted me, I explained I would not be leaving that early, they still turned up and waited for 15 minutes as that was their policy.

Terrible customer service, no dynamic thinking or making it easy for customers to change times in advance of pick up.
