Holiday Extras transfer: Bus didn't pick us up

Waited for half an hour at the pick up point outside our hotel as instructed.m, but the bus didn't turn up. After a couple of calls to the company they told us to walk down the road in the midday sun with all our bags and a pushchair to another hotel where the bus was waiting for us. Bus driver didn't care.
