Extremely Disappointed with Last-Minute Cancellation

I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience with TAXI 2 AIRPORT. I had booked their service in advance, expecting a smooth and reliable ride to the airport. However, just hours before my scheduled pickup, I received a last-minute email notification stating that my transport had been canceled.

This abrupt cancellation caused significant distress and disrupted my travel plans. I had to scramble to find an alternative transport option, which not only added to my stress but also resulted in delays that almost made me miss my flight. The lack of direct communication or a phone call only made matters worse, leaving me feeling abandoned and frustrated.

I had chosen this company based on their promises of reliability and customer service, but they failed to deliver on both fronts. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for dependable airport transport. Save yourself the hassle and choose a company that values its customers and communicates effectively.

Overall, a disappointing experience that I hope others can avoid.
