No infant car seat provided even though paid extra for

We arrived at the airport quite late at night and I paid extra for meet and greet and for an infant car seat. The driver wasn’t there when we arrived and asked us to come outside to a bus stop. He was quite rude. We walked passed a whole queue of waiting taxis which would have been quicker and cheaper to take. To top it all off there was no infant seat but just a booster seat without five point harness or head protection. I won’t use this service again.
