The taxi was meant to be private for me…

The taxi was meant to be private for me and my three daughters. One of whom is autistic. I paid 130 pounds. When we got to it there was another couple in the same taxi. They were being dropped first which caused a significant delay in us getting to our accommodation, after midnight. The driver’s response was ‘I am just the driver, take it up with the company’. We will be seeking a full refund and looking for a local firm to take us back to the airport.
The other couple are complaining too. They also paid 130 pounds for a private transfer.
